Harvey's at BanBury — Restaurant in Eagle

My husband and I went to Harvey’s @ Banbury for dinner on 9/1/25. We arrived at 4:30 pm, sat down and waited 15 minutes before even getting a glass of water and menus. We waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our order before we got up and left. They weren’t very busy, so it shouldn’t have taken that long to get someone to take our order. Service at this restaurant is very much a disappointment. I also want to add that I sent an email to the Food and Beverage Director, Nick, that very evening. What a hidden Gem we found last night. We ordered the Prime Rib rare, but hard seared on the grill, and it ends up being the perfect medium rare and it was amazing. Served with a generous portion of seasonal vegetables. Our friends ordered the Braised Idaho Lamb Shank with whipped garlic mashed potatoes and it was even more delicious. The service here was second to none. Nick made our dining experience extremely special. I believe we have just found our new favorite spot and look forward to trying their other appetizing choices...
