I’ve given this place a chance like over 5 times and I decided today just to stop coming. I can never trust that my drink is made with oat milk, several times they have given me whole when I ask for oat. And my drink always tastes different despite always getting the same thing. Today I asked if they made my drink the “salt and light” they respond with oh I can add more sweetener which isn’t exactly what I was going for I just wanted to make sure it was made correctly. The way that they line up and make the drinks, they can’t confidently say if it’s made correctly because several people are working on one drink…one person does sweetener, one does the shot and one does the milk, etc. yet they respond as if they know forsure it was made correctly. Just frustrating because this place is expensive, I’ll pay the price for consistency and good quality but that’s not what I’m getting here and I’ve given alot of chances!

Appreciate the response, I’ve been bummed to try your spot multiple times always being let down. I frequent form and function, it is possible to have one person make one drink start to finish, not sure what’s “not possible” about it.
My drink is always displayed as being oat upon payment- I know because I pay a hefty price for the added oat milk.
It’s great to actively respond to reviews on your business, but making it seem like your mistakes are impossible to avoid or making it the customers fault because “oat and whole milk sound similar” is not...
Read moreUhh so... first of all, the vibe is great in here! loved the interior, the details, the light, all the seating etc. The staff is also super friendly and patient.
But my main rating is for the coffee...
I got their "salt and light latte" which is basically just an iced latte, and honestly, it wasnt for me; the roast tasted very burnt and it was giving coffee i'd order at a youth camp in the mountains.
(shoutout to the alternative sweeteners though, they have lots of options for different dietary restrictions)
i'm not one to leave a bad review, or give a final opinion after only trying one thing, so i'll be back to give it another chance. especially when a place is new, i know it takes a min to get trained up and everything. my apologies because i wanted to like it so much... but i had to go home and make a pour over for the sake of my mouth.
but again, i'll be back to try something else! couldve been a weird shot pull or something :)
UPDATE: I did come back and got a cappuccino and the brown sugar aeracano. the capp was okayyy and the aeracano wasnt for me. I do believe it's the beans they use, they're just not for me. but still all in all, a very cute shop that's worth checking out if...
