⨠A Daytime Delight at Wild Sage! â¨
I was brought to Wild Sage by friends who had already fallen in love with this place, and now I understand why. Even in the daytime, the experience was nothing short of magical.
Our waitress was an absolute gemâattentive, kind, and radiating warmth. She didnât just take our orders; she made us feel genuinely welcomed, adding to the joy of the experience.
The drinks? Incredible. The bartenderâs passion was unmistakable, and she crafted a cocktail that was not only delicious but also infused with her enthusiasm and artistry. The pride she took in her creation made it even more specialâit wasnât just a drink, it was a moment to be savored.
And then, just when I thought it couldnât get any better, the food arrived. Every dish was pure perfection. The kind of food that makes you pause, slow down, and truly savor each bite. Our table was filled with the sounds of pure joyâmoans of delight, eyes widening with every bite, and an unspoken agreement that we were experiencing something truly special.
Wild Sage isnât just a restaurant; itâs a place where food, service, and atmosphere align in a way that completely satisfies every sense. Whether youâve been before or itâs your first time, this is the kind of place youâll never forget.
Absolutely phenomenal. Huge applause to the...
Read moreWent here last summer for a birthday. Service was absolutely awful. Didn't get our order taken for a while but understood it was a summer evening. However, where it all went downhill is when the server brought our food out to the table directly to the right of us. That table let her know that that's not what they ordered and, despite trying to flag the server down, she took it back to the kitchen. She comes back a moment later to apologize to both tables for the mix up and says our food will be out soon. I don't know what she did to the original meals but we wait 15 more minutes to watch the table to the right get served...and then watch our food get served to the table to our left! This time I make sure to get our meal before she brings it back to the kitchen again. My plate looked nice but $40 for 4 scallops and a small decorative bed of lettuce eas disappointing, especially for how long I waited for it. As I mentioned, it was also for a birthday so I asked the waitress if they did anything special for that and she said "you could order a dessert off the menu." Very dispointing service and pretty overpriced for a really...
Read moreEvery aspect of this restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully curated. Their cocktail list had me very much intrigued and excited to taste them all. Presentation and execution of every dish we ordered felt near Michelin star precision. The Virginia oysters were at peak freshness (a rarity in CO) and paired perfectly with their current wine btg special, PAXâs âBuddhaâs Dharmaâ a fantastic dry farmed chenin blanc from Mendocino! The service was properly attentive without being intrusive, weâll informed and excited to be a part of this apparently weâll managed operation. If I had to say one bad thing about this gem of an establishment in Eagle, CO it would be how difficult it was not to want to order their entire menu, because everything sounded amazing. This is definitely a good problem to have and I look forward to dining with Wild Sage...
