✨ A Daytime Delight at Wild Sage! ✨

I was brought to Wild Sage by friends who had already fallen in love with this place, and now I understand why. Even in the daytime, the experience was nothing short of magical.

Our waitress was an absolute gem—attentive, kind, and radiating warmth. She didn’t just take our orders; she made us feel genuinely welcomed, adding to the joy of the experience.

The drinks? Incredible. The bartender’s passion was unmistakable, and she crafted a cocktail that was not only delicious but also infused with her enthusiasm and artistry. The pride she took in her creation made it even more special—it wasn’t just a drink, it was a moment to be savored.

And then, just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the food arrived. Every dish was pure perfection. The kind of food that makes you pause, slow down, and truly savor each bite. Our table was filled with the sounds of pure joy—moans of delight, eyes widening with every bite, and an unspoken agreement that we were experiencing something truly special.

Wild Sage isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where food, service, and atmosphere align in a way that completely satisfies every sense. Whether you’ve been before or it’s your first time, this is the kind of place you’ll never forget.

Absolutely phenomenal. Huge applause to the...

Went here last summer for a birthday. Service was absolutely awful. Didn't get our order taken for a while but understood it was a summer evening. However, where it all went downhill is when the server brought our food out to the table directly to the right of us. That table let her know that that's not what they ordered and, despite trying to flag the server down, she took it back to the kitchen. She comes back a moment later to apologize to both tables for the mix up and says our food will be out soon. I don't know what she did to the original meals but we wait 15 more minutes to watch the table to the right get served...and then watch our food get served to the table to our left! This time I make sure to get our meal before she brings it back to the kitchen again. My plate looked nice but $40 for 4 scallops and a small decorative bed of lettuce eas disappointing, especially for how long I waited for it. As I mentioned, it was also for a birthday so I asked the waitress if they did anything special for that and she said "you could order a dessert off the menu." Very dispointing service and pretty overpriced for a really...

Every aspect of this restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully curated. Their cocktail list had me very much intrigued and excited to taste them all. Presentation and execution of every dish we ordered felt near Michelin star precision. The Virginia oysters were at peak freshness (a rarity in CO) and paired perfectly with their current wine btg special, PAX’s “Buddha’s Dharma” a fantastic dry farmed chenin blanc from Mendocino! The service was properly attentive without being intrusive, we’ll informed and excited to be a part of this apparently we’ll managed operation. If I had to say one bad thing about this gem of an establishment in Eagle, CO it would be how difficult it was not to want to order their entire menu, because everything sounded amazing. This is definitely a good problem to have and I look forward to dining with Wild Sage...

Very shocking experience because service is lacking! We came for happy hour and sat at the table before 5:00pm. By 5:27 the order has not been placed because the big party next to us was doing split checks! Eventually food came but not drinks and we were disappointed… the printer was jammed. Food was tasty thank you and the bread presentation was nice. Gentlemen who brought us bread was the highlight of the evening because he smiled and did a small talk! The rest is the staff doesn’t really care much which is sad 😢 Service and attitude is everything for us and it was definitely lacking basic hospitality. Staff needs training on customer service like eye contact, smile, making guests feel welcomed, menu knowledge and restaurant service basics.

Service was great our waitress a young girl so sweet , food spectacular, happy hour the reason we came even better than expected. I am shoook at how amazing they were in such a small mountain town. We celebrated a 9 year anniversary and I am so happy. Drinks amazing. The peefect pearn with lychee was to die for. The oysters, top shelf I want to go back so bad, unfortunately we had a short stay but man they made my night thank you. We ate like 45 oysters sorry to the chefs in the back i know it's crazy we be wild when the oysters are good but yea. This place is slept on. Go get the drinks go get the truffle fries. Go because wow the music the atmosphere was on point. Never forget thank you for such a great time wow wow wow happy as can be

Recently opened restaurant on Capital Street in Eagle, and we made sure we stopped for lunch after appointments. The food and drinks were all so flavorful & fresh. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright, along with the service. Chef Kevin is known for his authentic, creative food in the Vail Valley, and having been to Drunken Goat in Edwards regularly, I was so looking forward to his menu at Wild Sage. I will be going back soon. I want to have a Buddah bowl, sandwiches,.....fresh cocktails and try more appetizers, too! Everything looks so great. They also offer a Happy Hour menu (3:30-5:30) & dinner menu options, too, starting at 5pm. What a gift for Eagle to have such a fabulous restaurant.
