Expected this place and the burgers to be a lot better, especially since they mainly do burgers here. The food was less appetizing than a Sonic hamburger. The fries are frozen unless you get their fresh ones, but they’re all soggy. Burgers had no flavor, and it’s honestly ridiculous how much they charge for everything considering the quality. I’m almost certain the patties are frozen too. We spent almost $40 for 2 lousy burgers with medium drinks and medium fries. Both got physically sick afterwards. Then as we were headed out, we noticed there was BLACK MOLD on the ice machine where the soda fountain is. You’re better off making homemade burgers or eating somewhere else. Not even sure how this place stays open, probably because of the older people that can’t taste. I typically love to support small businesses and we don’t like chain restaurants or fast food, but Sonic or Dairy Queen beats this place tenfold with price and taste. I grew up enjoying Jerry’s Burgers…enjoyed going or even drive thru in the past. Something has changed. Came back after years to visit family and i was craving their burgers. i did a call ahead order and already knew it was going to be bad. the guy never asked for my name didn’t repeat the order back and then hung up on me! I get there and the girl slides the window open with a bad attitude and says “what can i get you”….i said um i have a call ahead…doesn’t say anything just says the price with the kiosk. was she going to confirm it was my order or even repeat it back so they don’t mess it up? I work in the food industry and customer service is HUGE! as well as someone’s attitude. I know it’s just a small town burger joint but it’s more than that. this place has put a terrible taste in my mouth and i refuse to eat somewhere that has terrible...

Paid almost 60 dollars for 3 people. My chili cheese dog was burnt she literally said it just came out the microwave becareful. My daughters chicken fried steak tasted freezer burnt she didn't even eat it, and she isn't picky, the fried pickles were at least edible. When she brought our food out I didn't even get my plate at first then they tried to argue I didn't pay for my food. then after arguing I know dang good and well a burger and chicken fried steak didn't cost 60 dollars she showed me the reciept suprise suprise I did pay for my food.
