If you're looking for delicious Japanese food, search no further. This is the place you should definitely try!! I've been eating here for a few months and I have never been disappointed with their food. They have all the traditional Japanese cuisine that we all know and love. The prices are definitely worth the amount of food you get. I usually get terakyi steak and chicken to go and I can eat off it at least 3 times. They also have the dining room open if you want to go in and eat, and it's a very cozy environment. The staff are very friendly and they always seem to know who I am and what my order is when I go through the drive thru to pick up my order. Also, they are very timely if you call in to pick up your food, if they tell you it will be 10 minutes, your food will be ready in 10 minutes. If you're in the mood for great Japanese food, this is the place you should go!!

Got lunch to go. It's decent enough on the inside, plenty of seating. Placed my order at the counter, and it was ready quickly. I ordered steak and mushrooms, and it comes with rice. I also ordered soba noodles and the Alaskan roll. The steak and mushrooms hibachi was on par with other places I've been too. I wouldn't hesitate to order that or anything other hibachi item again. I liked the soba noodles as a side item. The Alaskan roll (smoked salmon and avocado) was just ok. Not very flavorful. I wouldn't get that again. So, if you want to good hibachi lunch, check it out! If you want sushi, might want to go somewhere else.

This place is a hidden gem. I was traveling to the book warehouse in Easley and stopped here after for lunch. The building is clean/quiet, staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. You got a lot of food for what was charged and it was typical for Japanese eateries. Everything was cooked to order and was served quickly. They even gave you a bottle of yum yum sauce :p. My husband and I were very satisfied. This was a short drive from the warehouse so this will be a routine stop when we attend events in the area. I highly recommend you check them out.

Ordered a Hibachi plate through the drive thru that was on the menu for $13.00. When we were given the tab to pay at the window, it was $16.30. Before paying, we questioned the total and they said that it was with tax. We let them know that tax should not be $3.00. They told us it was for extra sauce. We let them know we didn’t ask for extra sauce, and asked them to remove the charge. The lady proceeds to hand us a $1 bill. We explained that the difference is more than a dollar, and we had not yet paid, so we just needed them to adjust the tab. She proceeded to hand us her phone for Google translate, and she still didn’t understand. Finally, we think she understands and she brings us a new receipt with a refund transaction of $1.30 (I’m not even sure how bc we hadn’t paid, nor was this the difference). She told us it was a new tab and that the total was 14.25 (even though it wasn’t listed on what she handed us). We handed over our card, got our food, and drove away out of frustration, checked our bank statement and after allll of that, we were still charged $16.30. And didn’t even get the extra sauce we were supposedly being over charged for lol. It’s really not about the $3.00. It’s the lack of understanding, then lying to us about the total just to get us to pay, but being overcharged in the end. We would have loved to go back or call, but it’s like disputing with a brick wall. Nobody understands...

I stopped in at a few minutes to 7 of a Saturday night and ordered the number 22 (steak, chicken, and salmon) combo. The food was good, the portions were adequate (I fed two adults and two young boys, and had a little bit left over), and the flavor was pretty good. Wife said it tasted a little greasy, but I thought the quality of the food was good. The girl who took my order really struggled to understand my questions due to a language barrier (and I don't think her native language was Japanese -- I think she spoke Spanish, which seems odd. A Spanish-speaking waitress who struggles to understand English taking orders at a Japanese restaurant -- just sayin'). I waited about 25 minutes for my food, which seemed a bit long to me, but not unreasonable. My ticket was 25 dollars with a small tip (for a to-go order). Not outrageous, but not a cheap meal, either, for a single entree with an extra side of veggies. So, to break it down Service, 2 stars Food quality, 3 stars Portion size, 4 stars Price, 2 stars Wait time, 3 stars That averages out to a low 3 stars. Will I go back? Maybe. But I'll probably explore other options before I try it again. I hope the restaurant succeeds, but with such a long track record of failed restaurants at this location, they'll have to do better than a low 3 stars to stay in business. I hope they can...

We used to love this restaurant, and still like their food. However, tonight when we went in they took our drink order then came back and took our food order. Fast forward over 30 minutes later and we still have not gotten our food, a group of 4 with a child that came in after us got their food before we did, and we were even offered someone elses food twice. They were also cranking out to go orders as fast as they could. We were told twice our food was coming. The tea also had a weird after taste. After 45 minutes of waiting to get our order and being told 3 times it is coming, we left. This was the sorriest service we have had at a restaurant in a long time. We understand about being short staffed and being really busy, but when orders are put in and other orders go out first it is not only frustrating, but also bad for business, especailly when you can see 3 people working in the kitchen and there was only 1 person running to go orders, cash register, and dine in. Unless things improve we will not...
