Hagood Park — Attraction in Easley

The shelters at bottom of park are filthy. Throw-up, dirt, huge black ants ....it's nasty. If tax payers money goes to park for grass cutting, why isn't it cleaned also. I know there is low-life ppl. But the rest of us aren't. EASLEY PARKS AND RECREATION NEEDS TO TAKE MONEY AND PAY SOMEONE DAILY TO KEEP CHECK ON AND CLEANED. A FEW MILLION MOVED INTO EASLEY LAST FEW MONTHS SO SHOULD BE PLENTY TO GO AROUND. I SEE A LADY THERE ALL THE TIME PICKING UP TRASH, AND TRYING TO SWEEP OUT SHELTERS....SHE NEEDS TO BE PAID!!!! KEEPING GRASS CUT ISNT MAINTAINING!!! THE BIG DOG SIDE OF PARK NEEDS A SHELTER FOR PPL TO SIT OUT OF HEAT!!!!! AND YOU COULD HAVE MADE ONE BASKETBALL GOAL, REGULATION HEIGHT AND ONE FOR LITTLE KIDS. ADULTS ENJOY PARK TOO!! SO GET OFF YOUR B*S, AND GET THOSE SHELTERS CLEANED UP, BLOWN OUT AND PRESSURE WASHED!!!! STOP LETTING THESE ,LOW-LIFES DESTROY IT!! HOW? HIRE SOMEONE!!! ITS PAID FOR BY THE PEOPLE!! FOR THE PEOPLE!!! IF EASLEY WONT TAKE CARE OF IT, STOP TAXING PEOPLE FOR IT!!!

FIND LADY THAT CLEANS IT UP HIRE HER!!!

8/29/2024 Well....... Major redoing on park. Fantastic job on tennis courts. People so pitiful out there trying to play on busted cracked court. Lower park coming along. If i could make suggestion on putting shelter over Childrens Play Area. In summer, its so HOT, THE SLIDES AND SWINGS.... CHILDREN CANT PLAY ON. IT BURNS THEM. THEN WHEN IT RAINS, CHILDREN CANT PLAY ON, AND THAT'S WHEN THEY NEED TO BURN UP SOME ENERGY. COULD YOU PLEASE PUT SHELTER OVER PLAYGROUND AND A AREA IN BIG DOGS SIDE OF PARK. WE LOVE THE POWDERSVILLE PARK. TRAILS, FRISBEE GOLF, CHILDRENS P.AH GROUND COVERED. THE RIVER......SO NICE. I HOPE EASLEY WILL CATCH UP...

I went to Hagood Park for my grandsons birthday party and I had a great time! I would have rated Hagood Park 4 stars, but they were doing construction on the grounds, and the bathrooms are locked with padlocks, they should have closed the Park, since it has been raining off and on for quite a few days now! As usual the kids always have fun anyway . Nothing else to really say, just don't visit there no time soon, as it might take some time before they are finished with the construction of the grounds, I think it may be drainage system,as the latrines are locked and have been for a long time, maybe for good. We ALWAYS have a wonderful time! It is clean and a very friendly environment! It's very relaxing. Whether you're a grown up playing with your little one( ones), or your furbabies running and having a jolly time, I've never been disappointed. We've picnic'd,played in sand at volleyball courts,thrown balls,bounced and hopped on them to sitting watching our furry family members lay,play and have a gr8 time. The playground is awesome! We mainly use the little one( just her size), but We do take her to bigger one at doggy park. Clean facilities! Love Ha good Park! Thank...
