Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Bridgewater

This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house and unfortunately becomes my last resort when I’m short on time. They mess up my coffee and food orders almost every single time I go there. I’ve gotten 1 good coffee from them within the last 2 week...that says something about these workers who don’t give a damn about their job. One day they handed my coffee to me with no sugar in it and it was completely sour when I asked for it regular which means 4 and 4 and in the same order gave me a bagel with no cream cheese on it or even in the bag when I asked for the cream cheese on the bagel. So I had to drive all the way back because I couldn’t even eat my bagel. Another time I got a coffee with literally probably 1 pump of cream in it (it was so dark) and very little sugar when again I get my coffee made regular. And then just this morning I got the same coffee I always get and they handed it to me literally dripping coffee from the sides of the cup. I had coffee all over my hands and at that point it was dripping on my car...who the hell wants a coffee cup soaked with coffee I’m trying not to get myself and my car covered in coffee first thing this morning, thanks though! Then when I asked her to clean it off because it was all over me and dripping on my car she puts another cup over it and hands it back instead of wiping the top off as well....this place has to suck worse than any other place I’ve been to! I’m sorry but if you can’t even make a coffee 6 out of the 7 days I go there then obviously you need a new job! Making coffee, taking orders and serving people isn’t for everyone but clearly management of this location thinks it is! Worst...

Fast and friendly service!! For anyone who had a bad experience in the past Give it another shot. They have hired a lot of new staff and manager is outstanding!! The customer service is impeccable. I went in and sat inside. The amount of regular customers that came in and the ladies working knew their coffees and had them ready when they walked in. The staff really seemed to work well together. They seemed to be enjoying their jobs and were happy and friendly. They cared about the service they were giving. I really enjoyed my time here. The vibe was awesome. !!! What a great place to...

I had a big order for a crew that was working on the house. The first day they were nice The second there was a different woman working the window and she was freaking out! I said sorry because I felt bad she was so stressed over a stupid food order. But she gave me attitude and said "Yeah you should have ordered inside." I said I couldn't becausee I have babies in the car and she said they would have helped. But with attitude. Ugh. They always get my order wrong every single time except that one woman yesterday. Which is why I went again today.
