Figured my family would try something new so called this place and placed a order over the phone, explained 3 times to the person who took our order what we wanted and how we wanted it cooked. They told us 20 minutes and when we arrived to get our food they had the order messed up with the wrong large pizza for starters. When we arrived home my daughters B.L.T was made wrong and it had cheese on it after we told them 3 times on the phone exactly what we wanted [ where in the world do you see a C in B.L.T. ? ] , then my wife's steak bomb was dry and disgusting and they did not even shred the steak( it was in big globs of steak not shaved or shredded) then when i opened my pizza which was a large veggie pizza, the crust was so wet I could not pick up the pizza and the pizza box was soaked from the water. When I attempted to try to eat the pizza, it was so wet and gross I threw it in the garbage. To the owners of Uncle Sams , you should be ashamed of serving such garbage food for a premium price, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I HOPE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS POST ,BELIEVES WHAT I SAY ABOUT THIS GROSS FOOD. Read moreSo I called to place an order and I specifically ask them if they're buffalo wings had batter on them and they said no so I ordered them because if they had said yes they do then I wouldn't have one of them so the delivery guy came and I gave him a $10 tip for a five minute drive which I could have gone myself but I was helping my son with his homework then when I opened up the bag to have dinner with my family the buffalo wings had batter on them so I called Uncle Sam's back in East Brookfield and explain to them that I was unhappy that they lied to me they just wanted to make money I asked to speak to the supervisor and she didn't care they hung up the phone on me at least 4 times and we're laughing at me how professional is that so I put my boys in the car and drove down to ask for the managers phone number I called the manager and she said to go back in and she would refund me the money for the wings and she would talk to the supervisor Lydia but I know nothing will come of it they think it's a big joke but I think it's really unprofessional and you should never go there all they care about is making money doesn't matter the cost to anybody else I give them the lowest of lowest ratings that any one can get good luck with your business you shouldn't treat...
Read moreI will start off by saying the grinder I had was excellent. I will now say the delivery driver I had should have had a little more training before going out on his own. I ordered online a grinder and child meal. When our meal came, it seemed smaller than what I had ordered so I checked real quick and was missing the children's meal(which seems to happen a little more often than not I may add) I ran out to tell the driver I was missing the children's meal and the reply was "I assure you it's in there the portion is just really really small" jumped in his car after throwing the receipt in my yard. I checked my order again maybe I missed it but in fact it was not included. I called and the same driver brought what was missing explaining he didn't know what the kids meal looked like and thought it was the small container in the bag ( a portion cup) was the kids meal.
