Huddle House — Restaurant in East Dublin

I just went in huddle house and the shift leader beth started to tell all these lies about me saying I got put out the astablishment and that I cussed out one of the other servers about a Styrofoam cup. I called the police myself for one because of bad service and treatment that I got that's why I stopped coming. She's talking about I misbehaved that's a lie She's a racist when it comes to me She's still salty about me not leaving her a tip. That's how this whole thing started I never said anything out of the way until I was mistreated. People like that misuse and abuse their power and for what because you didn't get tipped really 🙄 just know I see you for who you really are and had always suspected that. Thank You for confirming

To follow up from my previous review as you can see huddle house responded. So my question is how does an establishment like this continues to let this same server beth still be able to serve due to the review that was left by the huddle house response. I don't get it. This type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. I called corporate office the following day and they told me within 48hrs I would get a response back from them and haven't heard anything I have been calling and calling no answer so I feel like there dodging me. Veiwers should I file a civil suit or let it be water under a bridge

Today on January 21st 2024 me and my wife went to eat breakfast like we usually do sometimes. So this one server tells us that she's not going to serve us but we can order to go and I asked why she says because we don't ever tip her. Mind you we tip off and on according to our funds mostly and also the service thats being provided like regular people do. The server I'm talking about is believed to be the managers daughter. When did serving become all about the money. We have always been respectful towards the business and the staff. I called the police there to verify what she said and also what could be done and the officer per say mentioned calling corporate and or filling a civil suit complaint because no one laid any hands that they really couldn't do anything. There are reasons why you shouldn't work with family! The owner has his kids running this place. His daughter Beth that I see multiple others complaining about....... that's his daughter, so that's why you don't see anything being done about it. His son constantly leaves in the middle of orders cooking and soooo messy! Iv been a GM of restaurants for over 20 years. THIS place needs to be COMPLETELY turned over! Iv seen Beth be so rude to both customers and staff! She shouldn't be working in customer service at all! Yet she is a manager and serves?! Isn't that also illegal from a payroll stand? I know it is in the state I ran a business from. So from looking at reviews and seeing how poorly her performance is......... she's WELL OVER PAID to be the worst one there? No wonder why the complains go back so far with the same person of issue! Nothing will change when a daddy runs the store with his kids under him. He clearly don't have his head ACTUALLY into business. So until there is a difference in the main owner...... no one will see a difference in sales or respect. I love to come here after work to get something to eat. I work late and sometimes it's one of the only things open. The service and food is good except on Tuesday nights and im sure its any other night this lady works. Whoever the older lady is that typically serves these nights, she is rude, unattentive and the past couple of Tuesdays we have tried to go eat she has closed the dining room down early. We tried to go tonight around 10:50 and she had the chairs flipped was mopping. So, who knows when she decided to stop serving tables. The place does not close until 12 on weekdays. Not too long ago we came in a little before 11 and told the cook we were going to be her last table for the night. A couple of people tried to sit down to eat indoors, and she just flat out ignored them until the left because they weren't getting any service.
