Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Granby

I have been ordering from this dominos since I moved here 2 years ago. The food is always perfect and the delivery drivers are always punctual and kind. Today I placed an order for delivery and when the driver got here I opened the door and my dog bolted down the street. The driver got in his car and helped me find my dog. We had him cornered in a backyard and the driver was able to coax him better than I could into coming towards us and the driver was able to get a hold of him. He even drove us back down the street to our house. I had to give him a bigger tip. Thomas, if you're out there reading this, I hope you understand how much I appreciate your help! Location has the Worst Service, rude and impatient employees. So sad.

Unfortunately other locations are helpful, kind and not disrespectful. Today I called because I could not place my order via the app - the gentleman that picked up was rude just because I asked him some questions. He asked me if I would like to order, I said ok then he just hung up on me.

I called back thinking maybe he didn’t hear me... I said hey I said ok That I do want to order and he said well I heard just ok so I thought we were done. He didn’t apologize he said he heard me say ok (which his question was do I want to make that order - So if I say ok, last I checked that doesn’t mean no). I then asked to speak to a manager and he told me to call back on Monday, I asked him for his name and then hung up on me...

Same complaint as many before me. Pizza was over an hr late. I call to inquire and was told they cancelled my order because my credit card wasnt valid. I waited over an hour to be told this. I asked to speak to the manager . He was very rude and hung up on me! Claiming he tried to call me but funny It wasn’t anywhere in my recent calls. I called to get his name and the district mgr was on and was ruder than the first one. His name was Rob. So arrogant! He claimed he was listening to my previous call (right)and I was abusive to them.
