Very nice people that serve you ice cream especially Gabby. The prices do seem off though. We ordered the same items and was charged one price then a few days later ordered the same quantity and same items with almost an 8 dollar difference. Didn't realize this till we left so we weren't able to say anything. We will be paying attention next time we return.

love love LOVE gigi scoops! my family & i travel 25 minutes & pass several ice cream shops on to get there because itā€™s WORTH IT!! the sizes, prices, quality & service are all so amazing. so many flavor options, toppings & fun sundaes! i personally recommend my favorite (i call it a pb&j ice cream) black raspberry ice cream with EXTRA peanut butter saucešŸ™‚

Went to Gigi scoop for the first time didnā€™t have a good experience I ordered a soft serve twist on a waffle cone and a watermelon soft serve on a sugar cone. I got the twist on a sugar cone and the watermelon in a bowl. The girl did not write down my order and did not complete it correctly. I would never go back to this place again. The ice cream is...
