Dear University Orthopedics Team,

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my son received during his recent visits. From our initial meeting with PA Sonia Rodrigues and Dr. Gil, we felt reassured and supported through a challenging time after his hand injury. Given the nature of his open wound, we had to come in weekly, and I truly appreciate how accommodating you all were with our schedule. It made a significant difference that we could bring him in after school, especially since we live about 30 minutes away. Sonia and Dr. Gil were not only professional but also incredibly kind, helping to make my son feel comfortable and at ease during each visit. He also had a wonderful experience with Audrey and Arianna, who casted his arm. Their humor and warmth made the process much easier for him, and he always looked forward to seeing them. Additionally, I want to thank the front desk and checkout staff for their assistance, as well as Dawn, who was so helpful whenever I called for scheduling. Your team truly made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Louis is a wonderful PA. He has a great personality and really cares. He said he was so sorry that I was in so much pain, prescribed steroids, shook my hand and said, " see you at your next appointment." He is so sweet! It's not his fault that there is nothing more to do to help me. Nobody wants to try to fix what someone else screwed up. I know they want to protect themselves from being sued if things turn out worse. I understand that. But, I would gladly sign a release form if there were any chance of alleviating this pain. But, I guess that's not going to happen. I will live with it until I die. Which I hope is soon. 40 years of constant pain is enough, thank you! I don't think I have had more than six months of living pain free in those last 40 years. If that! My mind just can't take any more pain. Not to mention the loss of quality of life. I had an issue with my knee and made an appointment with Jason Wilhelm to have it checked out. The location in East Greenwich is easy to get to and has ample parking. There is plenty of staff to check you in and plenty of seating. The wait time was not long at all. His assistant Tom spoke with me first to assess the situation. He was great. Then I saw Jason. He explained the issue to me that I was having with my knee. He looked at the recent xrays and gave me options that I could pursue. He was easy going, had a great personality and not an alarmist. The visit was great. He said I could follow up if necessary in the future. I have been to University Orthopedics in the past and they have always taken good care of me.
