It is so unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review because I absolutely do not like to do that but I can't believe the experience I just had here. I have gone here multiple times and the service has never wowed me but today the experience was so bad I will never return. My party and I waited 45 minutes for a cheeseburger club and a pastrami sandwich. The pastrami the person I was with wanted it on grilled white bread. The sandwich comes to the table the white bread is not grilled and the sandwich was so soggy. She was going to take it back but we didn't have time to wait another 45 minutes for the sandwich to be corrected as I had to be at work. I should have had plenty of time to get to work but because they took so long I barely made it on time. Then there was no bacon on the cheeseburger club which is an essential element to a club! We asked for honey mustard sauce when we ordered of course when the order came there was not any. The waitress flat out didn't care and didn't want to be there. I am absolutely furious about the experience I had there and will never return and neither will anyone I came with. The waitress never checked on us and it took about 15 minutes just to get our drinks which we knew was a bad sign and should have left right then. It is really such a shame because even though the service is mediocre the food is decent. If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with Richard's pub. The wait staff really needs to be revamped because they have never cared about the customer and I have been here several times and experienced that so why I returned for lunch today I have no idea. Never again will I make the mistake of eating here. Ok so my wife and I stopped in here for the 1st time off of a recommendation from her co-worker. I got the chicken parm with some meatballs. Even though the meatballs were big falvor wise not very good. The chicken was ok but the sauce for the parm was mediocre at best. She got the chicken Francias and again not bad. It was ok. The potato skins were also ok. Honestly the best part of the meal was the popcorn!! However just before recieving the check my wife and I were discussing the fact that because nothing was terrible we would definitely come back just not go out of our way to go there. Then the check arrived. On the check was 2 prices one price was about 85 dollars if we wanted to pay in cash. If paying by card there was a 3 dollar up charge. I have never been charged in any restaurant an up charge for a credit card machine payment. Because of this we will never return here. I wasn't overly impressed with the food and then an extra 3 dollars onto of that because they cant get a good deal with a credit card company billing machine just isn't worth it. The waitress was on point with her service though and wouldn't make her suffer for her bosses level of customer service. I do not recommend going here at least for food. Not sure...

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel like I have to. I gave it a 2 because after the horrible experience the manager comped the entire bill. I was the one who wanted to go here because I had never been.

We went early on a Saturday to get there before the dinner rush. We were seated right away. We sat for a good 20 minutes and had no waiter/ waitress come to our table. Another couple sat across the isle after us, they ordered and had drinks and still no service for us. We actually waved to their waiter who then ignored us and walked away. And also didn’t tell anyone else that we needed service!!!

Finally one of us got up to ask for service. The waitress came over and apologized and said she didn’t know we were here. But I had previously made eye contact!!

Then the food comes. One person’s sandwich was supposed to be on rye, it came on white. One persons meal had so much grease on it she couldn’t eat it. My husband had chicken parm, the pasta was cold. And then mine. I ordered southern fried chicken with brown gravy on the side. They brought a chicken stir fry with broccoli and other veggies with brown gravy on the side. Really!! Would anyone actually put brown gravy on that!! Needless to say, there won’t be a second...
