The staff always get my order wrong at this location and the food isn't as good in terms of quality as the other Taco Bell on Main Street. Update I had to make this update and take away a star. I went through the drive thru after getting off a late shift from work. It was late and not very busy. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a beef quesorito. The lady at the window heard me incorrectly and entered 'cheese quesadilla' and 'steak quesorito' as my order and repeated the incorrect order to me through the microphone. I said, "No, that's not right" and repeated what I wanted again. There was no response after that and the screen didn't change. I waited for a while longer but she did not speak on the microphone again. So I pull up to the window, hoping she would be there right away so I could quickly clarify my order before they started cooking it. She was there, but she was talking and laughing with a coworker and didn't open yhe window for a few minutes. I told her that she heard me wrong as soon as she opened the window and again repeated what I actually wanted in my order. She was upset because she assumed I was 'changing my order last minute' even though I explained three times now, that she heard me wrong the first time. Apparently the food was already made, so she had the cook re-make the quesadilla, and proceeds to give me the steak quesorito. I said, 'sorry, this isn't what I ordered. I asked for a beef quesorito' and she rolled her eyes at me and yelled to the cook that 'now she wants the quesorito with beef instead' I heard the cook from the back yell back to her, "I'm not making that again!" Literally the worst fast food experience I had in my entire life.. and I wasn't asking for super odd or custom items. These were items literally off of their menu without substitutions.. I am usually not the type of person to complain about things but this experience was wild. I also wasn't even given a receipt. I will NEVER eat at this Taco...
Read moreI went to this place for a lunch after the place I wanted to eat was slow in service and I was in a rush. So, I decided to visit this TB as requested by my daughter who saw the TB. I am not from the area and fast foods are last option to eat anywhere in the world.
I went through the drive thru and asked to complete two separate orders as my lunch I was going to pay it with a P- Card from my work as I was around in official duties, and wanted to pay with my personal card for the expenses of my kids lunch. Person at the drive thru told me was not possible to complete two separate orders as they only take one order per car?? Employee asked to do one by the drive thru and the other one to come inside to complete it! I went inside and two corporate employees were inside and I notified about my experience. I was mad due too also the employee gave me a look in the drive thru as what I was waiting for as she never gave me my water. I asked her for my water and then went inside. Corporate people were kind and help me to place my order and even a lady tried to help me to decrease my little anger, typical of a man who is really hungry and had to leave his family in the car outside in an unknown place/city.
Anyways, I am surprised that the corporate gentleman at the end assured that they can not accept two orders to pay with different cards through the drive thru??
Well, I don’t know what kind of business schools attended that they don’t want to sell more thru the drive thru??

Read moreIf I could give this place a a -1000 I would I live in E.Hartford so I normally go here I don’t have a complicated order and they always get it wrong every time….The guys are always outside in the back on they phones it’ll be a line wrapped around and you’ll see people chillin in their cars on there phones talking to people outside it’s wildddd lol . I wanna say it’s once in a blue when it’s right but 99% of the time it’ll be wrong then they get upset when you bring it back because they make it wrong the sticker on the bag is always typed out correctly but the food is always made incorrectly. There food is normally old potatoes always taste like they made them re cooked them to make it seem they were fresh but they just end up being hard as rocks ! Chalupas are almost always stale like so hard it’s like a hard taco or falling apart from the hardness . Then because I’m pregnant and get random late night cravings like 9:30pm every night for the past few months the Spanish guy always says “they are cleaning there oil it’ll be about 15-20 minutes for the wait or anything fried” DONT WAIT THAT 20 minutes turns into an hour the.
