From the amazing workouts, the knowledgeable and talented boxing trainers, the 90s hip hop playlists, to the down-to-earth and genuinely friendly vibe, BB feels like a safe haven from the often-superficial and isolating routines of our current world.
If you want a great (read: super challenging!), workout, the cardio boxing classes are awesome for all levels. If you want to learn to fight, you couldn't find a more welcoming, encouraging, and generous group of people to guide and support you.
