Updating this review once again, as the disappointment continues. Mostly the food is good and the employees friendly, but the drive thru service time is abysmal. Tried to go today but could not wait any longer (15+ minutes in line while only 2.5 cars were served in front of us, didn't hang around to see how long it took the last to get their food, and 3 more cars before we would have even been able to order). They only serve one car at a time meaning they don't even take your order until the car at the window is served. I have never seen another drive thru operate this way. Management seems to have no clue how to run a FAST food restaurant efficiently.
Very slow service. Today just before 4:30. 25 minutes in the drive thru with 6 cars in front of us. 4 minutes at the speaker before they took my order. Another several minutes before we got our food. Thought they must be severely understaffed but saw 4 employees from the drive up window. They seemed to all be moving in slow motion. Like if they were going any slower they would have been going backwards. Only words said at the window were my total as they took my card and "here you go" to hand it back. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". And I had to ask for a receipt. Only reason for 2 stars is because the food was decent.

So like… I don’t usually do this. I’m chill. I’m zen. I’m literally a food service worker. I KNOW how Uber Eats and future orders work. I get it. You prep. You pack. You send it. But THIS?
I scheduled a future order. You know, FUTURE, as in… not now. So imagine my shock, horror, and emotional damage when I grab my bag and the food is not just cold… it’s ICE COLD. Not “Oh it cooled off a little on the way” cold. I mean when I touched it, my soul left my body. It was giving Frozen: Elsa’s Revenge. It was giving Wendy’s Ice Age. It was giving Y’all don’t own a heat lamp?
I CALL the store like a responsible adult (barely). The manager answers with the attitude of someone who just found out their Sims were deleted. No name, no apology, no accountability. Just a whole lotta “It was made fresh.” Okay, Jennifer (or whatever your name actually is), explain how “fresh” food feels like it was prepped by Jack Frost himself?
Let me break it down: Future orders print with the time they’re supposed to be picked up. If you made it 30 MINUTES early?? That’s on YOU. Not me. Serving hot food below 41 degrees? That’s not just wrong, that’s a potential health code violation.
Y’all handed me a frosty combo meal with a side of disrespect. I paid for a HOT MEAL, not an edible iceberg.
