Service was a little disjointed at first, bit stepped up the pace during the meal and did a good job. Manager walked by me while I waited at the host stand, then watched him fail to acknowledge the patrons while he questioned a waiter tring to seat me if staff would be in. High school kids waiting tables did a good job. Quinoa salad had no greens, ok. I asked for a big bowl of Arugala, combined the two and it turned in to a 1st rate salad. French fries are good.

First time at this restaurant was May 27th, '23. My son and I went for dinner around 6:00 pm. We enjoyed our meal. The food came out hot and it was made well. We were surprised at the large portions that we received. Our waitress (Janesa) was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the restaurant itself, I found it to be a bit dim and no ambience. However, the food was good so, I would definitely recommend this place.

Love this place , inside warehouse hotel connected to spooky nook sports complex. Food was excellent, maybe a little pricey. Very cool atmosphere. We got the old Bay wings, small ceasar salad, fries and a chicken parmesan sandwich and it was amazing. Nice crispy wings, good size portions. They put bottles of water on the table which is really nice. Good menu selections

Staff was rude and so was manager when I complained. As he did nothing about the waitress

.OK, here is my review of this place. My wife and I visited this evening. She ordered a wrap which she said was really good. I ordered the black and blue burger. I ordered it medium well. As you can see from the picture it did not come out that way. I complained to the waitress. She told me medium well was that pink. She didnt just say it was pink she insisted it was pink. She made me feel like I was wrong. She offered to take the burger back and put on the grill. I said no. I don't want my burger put back on the grill. It had onions and the blue cheese on it. So I refused and just ate it. I decided to look up on the internet the definition of medium well. It said a little pink. I showed that to her. She made me feel like I was wrong again. She said I offered twice to put back the burger on grill. Never once did she offer to get me a new burger. At this point I was frustrated. So I went to the manager. I explained my story. He said the waitress should have offered a new burger. I said do you want to see it. He said no I believe you. We ended conversation with him asking where I was sitting and he would stop over. The trouble is he never stopped by. We got our check paid the bill and gave the waitress a $3 tip (10%) We...

Check your credit card statement if you eat here, waiter adds more to the tip than you write on your receipt!

Visited Forklift & Palate for a business dinner last year and when I compared my credit card statement to my actual receipt it clearly showed the waiter boosted his tip (which was not small to begin with).

I called the establishment, spoke with a manager who apologized and sent me a voucher for a free appetizer as an apology.

When a colleague and I passed through the area again a few months later I decided to stop in and use my voucher/inquire if the employee who scammed me still worked there. Sure enough he does.

Credit card fraud is a FELONY and this establishment willfully employs waiters who engage in it.

Eat at...

They had menu items marked and gluten free and others that could be made as gluten free. I ordered this spoke to the waiter who seemed knowledgeable and ordered... The order came out on a regular bun with fries I specifically asked to have replaced with steamed veggies. The waiter immediately said he'd fix it and in moments (after it's taken an hour to get our order) he had a "fresh" dish prepared for me on a gluten free roll that looked exactly the same.... The rest of the party had incorrect orders as well (ie bloody "well done" burgers)... they weren't even busy. They did look exhausted but I had sores in my mouth within minutes of my first bite so it definitely wasn't gluten...
