Honestly, i spend alot of money at this dunkin donuts and the employees are great at remembering your order for repeat customers. However coming from a dunkins management background, i can say that the management needs a reality check, the woman in the blue shirt (manager Michelle) is rude the majority of the time, or a smartass, not just to me but I've witnessed her being rude to other patrons as well, including a customer with a service dog. Again the employees are fantastic, but clearly it has nothing to do with management, they are good employees through and through, especially jessica. Under previous management, staff was welcoming, lines were always worked through smoothly, food was prompt, and staff would even give recommendations for new drinks, mixed, etc. Under new management, most of the staff is short, unwelcoming, and do not engage with customers. Drinks are fine, but food takes significantly longer than before. 2 weeks ago staff told customers to not order food, only drinks. Today, we witnessed a customer wait 10 minutes for an item to find it wasn’t available AFTER purchase. The same happened to me immediately after with a different SKU, but rather than notify me of the unavailable item, they gave us a different item. Read morejohnathan and ayla are so kind and helpful. i ordered a ham&swiss stuffer and three hashbrowns and four coffees for the family and when i got home i had to come right back because i forgot to order the doughnuts!!! they jumped into action to help me get back home super fast so i could enjoy breakfast with my family and they even helped me download the online app so i could order online and get rewards!!! absolutely amazing team at this location!!! i am so glad to see the upgrade from the past three years compared to now. michelle always gave us terrible service, she had a terrible attitude when i would come in because i always order large to take care of family. i haven’t seen her in a while, but ive seen johnathan almost every time ive come in. im so glad that johnathan and his team takes such good care of us!!!
