Hopeful Brews — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

I love visiting different local coffee shops to enjoy a coffee and get some work done and this is my new favorite spot! Their iced coffee is insanely delicious….the best I’ve had in Lancaster. The coffee shop is located inside Ken’s Gardens and they have this secret little outdoor oasis that is tucked away off to the side that had plants, a fountain & canopies overhead which is just an amazing place to hang out when the weather is nice. I haven’t tried any of the baked goods yet but the ladies who are working there are baking them right in front of you as you order and everything smells...

My husband and I are on vacation nearby and were on the hunt for a good coffee place. He found Hopeful Brew on google and said we should give it a try since we have been huge fans of food trucks as of late. Best. Coffee. We. Have. Ever. Had. The young woman who was running that truck was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, passionate about her craft, and hit our order out of the park. We plan on driving out of our way just to stop by one last time when he head home....

Originally came here for the plants (which we were not disappointed by), but left impressed by the coffee. We came all the way from Virginia on Saturday, and after tasting one of the seasonal coffees, we were disappointed that they would be closed on Sunday AND Monday! 😭 We came back on Tuesday for the October special drink (a red velvet-ish coffee), and was not disappointed. Definitely the best coffee...
