As a Mexican originally born and from DF it was nice to see a restaurant dedicated to that area. I had the Pambazo which is my favorite dish and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I have high expectations since I'm from there. But the bottom Pambazo bread was still soggy and anyone who knows about thay dish knows it shouldn't be soggy at all. It's supposed to be dry. The flavor of the chorizo was ok. Maybe low quality I'm not sure but it wasn't the best. Everything else was on point.
Also they don't have fountain drinks. You buy sodas per can or bottle. Bit annoying but at least they offer...

The server was great. Super patient with us. We were a large group and got there at different times. But it wasn’t busy and they were really attentive.
