Very weird experience! The prices in-store at this location are different from the prices onlineđđ I even confirmed by calling them! At the location in Pico Rivera, the prices online are the same as in-store. I have personally been in there and even called the manager to confirm from pico. So this East LA location is scamming people!! I thought prices will be the same from online but at this location definitely đŻNOTđ! Very expensive for the 2 pcs drums meal, no more $5 becus itâs 7 with taxes if u go in person and they charge u more so u end up having to pay for the family meal especially when they push it on you acting like youâre âsavingâ money. Also, the manager wasnât there and supposedly âstepped outâ when I called this location to ask why the prices are different online from in-store and I had to call 2-3x just to get answer when it was empty when we got there. They werenât helpful at all compared to the location at pico. The manager at pico answered right away and was polite and didnât even know what to say when I told her about our experience over here. And if you go to pico Rivera itâs the same price and they wonât charge u extra besides taxes of course. Definitely not coming...

because they ran out of chicken completely.. .they had no side ordes only wedges and the girl sed there was enough chicken for a 4 piece ..they gave me dry extra crispy salty chicken i don't know how long it had been sitting but i tasted old we were almost gonna leave because no one was at the front we thought they wer closed...a family of 6 infront of us left for the same reason it was a good 10mins ...
in all fairness I've been going there for ever and ive never had that bad of an experience..the soda fountain is the best even if your like me and don't like pepsi ..it will still tastes delish ...the ppl are nice some of the time...i dont care to eat there the place is dingy and seats are hard đ¤Łđ i guess I'll just never go there that late and yes there specials are always higher then there...
   Read moreI had a very disappointing experience here. I paid for my food, but the cashier told me my payment didnât go through, even though it actually had. I politely asked the gentleman helping me to call a manager. A woman came over, but instead of resolving the issue, she called someone else on the phone. When I asked if she was the manager, she told me she wasnât, just the supervisor.
At that point, I was frustrated and asked for the food I had already paid for. She told me I would need to pay again and, if I got charged twice, Iâd have to dispute it with my bank. That is completely unacceptable customer service.
When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to meâit was only visible, tucked away on top of her hat her name was Jennifer. This whole experience left me upset and disappointed. No customer should have to argue for food theyâve...
