MARCOS CUBAN CAFE INC — Restaurant in East Naples

Very bad service on a server her name is Beatriz...she is rude,disrespectful and not bright at all after I was waiting for 15 min for a pizza she handle the pizza to me in a bag tha she was holding it by the handles vertically.....(Really holding a pizza box with a fresh made pizza vertically even a 1st grade kid will know what will happen to the ingredient,sauce,and cheese)...I went back inside and I told her she even asked me "WHY"....Then she came all aggressive telling me that I was rude..I didn't even said all of this to her....I asked for the owner number and she said she was not allow to give me that number.Well this is why I'm writing this negative review because of her rude and disrespectful atitud...She don't deserve to be working on a hard working family small business because employees like her will buried an small business damaging a good reputation.Thank you for your time reading my review and the decision on do things better is all...

Honestly the food is not the most flavorful, but it is not the worst. What really brought the rating down was that they stole about $10 worth of food. If you do purchase more than one meal here. Be aware of what you are buying and the prices. We did not realize until after we had gotten home. Workers there also are not the most inviting. Food is ok if you purchase a sandwhich but the other meals lack in serious flavor compared to other cuban places and they seem to sneak more bone than actual meat into your containers. Would reccomend spending the same money in another place where the food tastes better for sure and the service is...

Cuando pregunto quién abrió la tienda, me dijeron "No sé", y les digo que NECESITO a un gerente, fingen no hablar inglés y me cuelgan cada vez. Cuando hago negocios con ellos para mi empresa, gastamos más de un par de cientos de dólares, pero puedo decir que mi empresa ni voy a hacer negocios con ellos después de haber sido maltratado por ellos.

After speaking to multiple people and asking to speak to a manager, they tell me the manager is not there and so I ask when a manager will be in, they claim they don't know. When I ask who opened the store, they said "I don't know", and I tell them that I NEED to a manager, they pretend not to speak English and they hang up on me every time.
