OMG.... I have never been treated more poorly anywhere than tonight. I sat in line for 15 minutes after ordering just a Parfait and a coke... The car in front of me just merely sitting there chatting with the person at the window.... 15 minutes later they were handed 1 small bag, nothing much... by now there were 3 cars behind me and one in the "waiting" lane. This is at 8:30 at night....not the height of busy.... when I finally pulled up to the window I was told there were no parfaits. I said "couldn't you have told me that when I ordered it?" and also said it was the worst service ever..... and I was told if I didn't like it, go somewhere else. 3 people standing in the kitchen and no one moving.... I see long lines there for breakfast.... so I guess that you don't really care about the rest of the day.... I will never go back there....but, by the looks of all the other posts...I don't think...
   Read moreWhen I went to this MD with my family we were expecting the same MDs from where we are from where they give you your food and it is a hit or miss on whether or not the order is placed correctly. Unlike my other experiences this one was like no other. The people there came up to us and brought our food and proceeded to have a pleasant conversation with us. I have never experienced this at any of the other MD that I have visited. A woman named Alicia came us to us to ask us how we were liking the meal and it took my family and I aback because we have never seen this before. I come from Stockton CA and I have never witnessed such a pleasant workforce in my entire time of visiting MDs. Overall I would recommend this because they got our order dead-on. My order was placed at 10:20 and got to the McDonaldâs location at 10:35 and was told that they can no longer serve breakfast. I proceeded to tell them â yes I know thatâs why I placed an online order that I already paid forâ. They kept telling me that they canât serve breakfast any longer. As a customer when I pay for something in advance and within the time given to do so I do expect the product that I paid for. When I place an online order I do expect for said online order to be made. Like everywhere else when you place an order it is then made. The app did not say that you need to be there before 10:30 to get your breakfast items that you ordered.
