JR's Beer Warehouse — Restaurant in East Rochester

A great beer distributor, and so much more. This is one of those hidden gems that you hear about. Best beer prices I’ve found, by far. The selection of brews is excellent and vast. There’s plenty of mass-market brews and craft and imports to choose from. Craft and imports are sold by the 6-pack, with a price break when you buy a case. Also an impressive variety available by the bottle.

But wait, there’s more. This is your picnic supply HQ - think party cups, paper napkins, styrofoam plates, disposable cutlery. There’s a wide variety of snacks and condiments. Candy by the case. Pop and water. Ice in bags of several sizes. A tobacco room which I’ve never had use for, but looks like it’ll have whatever you need. No doubt there’s a few more categories I’m forgetting.

If you travel route 65 through Rochester, it’s only a quarter mile out of your way. While you’re here, you can knock so much off of your shopping list. I cannot recommend this...

Jrs is great..Always been my go to store or my one stop party shop for the last at least 15 years. They have everything you need or everything on your party checklist down to just your family movie night snacks list for you and the kids. Including the throw away cups plates bowls knives forks and spoons. They have a lot more im sure i didnt mention like throw away champagne cups..ill get pics next time they really do have just about everything you need if you never been there go check em out they also have really great prices as well. Huge selection of Beer and Malt Beverages. I've found things that other distributors don't have. They are slowly expanding liquor and wine selections as well. Decent prices for their bulk and banquet items. Good size and selection in their cigar humidor and tobacco products area. JR's keeps the store clean and it doesn't feel overly crowded. Employees are usually friendly and helpful about 85% of the time. You might occasionally walk in on a bad day and no one wants to look in your direction or help, that's why I had to drop it a star.
