Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

My brother and boyfriend and I went to outback yesterday to celebrate my birthday since the steaks there are always good. However I was extremely disappointed in the service, food, and overall experience. We went and ordered our drinks + water, unfortunately it took a while for our drinks to get to the table. I ordered 3 waters and only 1 ever came to the table and that was right before we left…I asked 3 separate times about my water, twice to the server and one to I believe was the manager (at that point only 2 of us wanted water). We ordered wings as our appetizer and waited forever. Our wings didn’t arrive until AFTER our entrees arrived. We just sat at the table with no appetizer the whole time. Finally when our entrees arrived my order was completely wrong, and I sat there with NO food while my brother and boyfriend ate. I waited a good amount of time and at that point I wasn’t even hungry since I ate the wings and loaded fries which were brought to our table by mistake and we were just told to take them. When my correct order arrived everyone else had already finished eating and I hadn’t even started. We were planning on getting dessert to celebrate but with all the errors and wait time we decided to just head to the Cheesecake Factory. I appreciate the manager letting us keep the loaded fries which were brought to our table by mistake but ever aspect of our meal came with wait times, mistakes, and not to mention we never got bread. Was hoping for the best, but got the worst. This was our first time at an Outback restaurant. We came 2 hours before close, so we figured that we would have plenty of time. Nope! We were seated immediately, which was nice. However, in between ordering our drinks/apps and our main entrees, they switched servers on us. Our new server was nice, even though it was a bit strange to be switched before ordering our main dish. Not even 10 minutes after we were seated, they began clearing and closing our section. We began to question if we had arrived too close to the closing of the restaurant. Nope, there were about 2 hours to go. Once we got our entree (my fiancé and I split a full rack of ribs), they were not fully cooked, and felt like they had just been pulled out of the fridge. I then had to walk around the restaurant to find an employee, which was surprisingly difficult to do. They did tell the manager who did put in a new order of ribs, however at that point, my fiancé and I were both turned off. We did receive new hot ribs, however he and I just ended up picking at them since we were disgusted by the original ones. They did not charge us for the secondary replacement ribs, however we were still charged in full for everything else. Overall, I would not come back to this location (if I ever decide to go back to any) and would not order...

When you think of Outback , you think of a typical franchise , well think again. The Outback of Frazier, pa. Is second to none, it starts with the owner Amber Smith, who takes the time to come over and make sure your dining experience is being met, Her personality resonates all through the employees there at Outback , giving top quality service! The food is excellent across the board, always cooked to perfection!! And if you want to talk about servers you have to ask for Brittany, she is a total ALL-STAR , her skills are second to none!! Always on point! Her personality is off the charts! She truly cares about you as customer and everything is to your liking!! Outback in Frazer,Pa. Is where it's at!!

New review 2/15/2024 Outback never disappoints! Starts with the owner Amber Smith , she makes sure only the best quality of food is served every time! Customer satisfaction is always top priority! The staff that she has assembled is tops across-the-board. Starts Brittany, she wears many hats, manager, server. Always a pleasure to have her as a server. All around top sever in the area!!
