The gentlemen actually doing the work did a great job. I had an interior detail and rubber mats laid over all my carpet. The cost of this job? Almost $1500 therein lies my problem. That is the reason for my review. I asked the owner if he thought such pricing was fair. He said yes totally. He was in 100% agreement that 1500 should recover detailing and taking out the seats to lay rubber matting. I found the same rubber matting on Amazon. Slightly different size but same thingness for $36. He said he got his for over $400. He said he even reduced his labor rate for me. He also took 2 months to complete this job. If he had done the job like I asked all in one go I should have had the vehicle back within 2 weeks. He only completed the job last minute when I told him I was picking up my vehicle the next day. His communication was atrocious and every time he would call, the price would go up. Initially I agreed to this pricing not knowing that I was being gouged. Upon talking to other detailers, I found out this. I asked for a partial refund. This was denied. So this company and I will no longer have a relationship. Beware, ask for pricing up front, be weary of phone calls where you will ask for more money again and again. The owner said he believed this pricing to be fair citing labor rights and such. Terrible experience. Paid $80 cash to have my front two windows tinted. They would only except cash. It took going there in person to get an appointment after multiple phone calls. All seemed well until my tint peeled off within the first 72 hours. Waited a couple weeks to report and by that time the tint guy was no longer there, on medical leave. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but 2 months later no call back or follow through. I called to get my money back or get my tint fix and got the run around. Finally they gave me the number of the past employee who originally did my tint and told me to call him to have it fix. No responsibility whatsoever. Another 3 weeks later and my tint is still not fixed. I deserve my money back. I have 3/4 windows tinted currently. What a terrible place. No responsibility for their product. They rather send their customer to a random ex workers house to get fixed then own up to their product. Do not go here. I would not trust them whatsoever. Cash...
