This place recently changed management. I had not been during the old management but the new folks are great! They take the time to make a connection with each customer and I've been there 4 times in the last month, each time, I'm recognized and greeting with familiarity (except the first time where they recognized I was new). I've interacted with 2 individuals.
Outside of the friendly people, their bagels are great. I've had their everything bagel and onion bagel, both have been great! Their fresh cream cheese is good, so is their egg & cheese bagel sandwiches.
This has become my wife's and my favorite bagel shop in the area. We look forward to bagels now and in fact have cravings for their specific bagels.
The shop itself is quite old and is in an old building and shopping center. It's not the most inviting from the outside but the staff and food make up for this. There are a handful of tables and chairs to dine-in but is largely a take-out shop.
Cash is encouraged though credit cards are accepted.

Read moreI have to give them a 1 for customer service. Arrived 6:10a today and the doors were locked- their male employee was hiding behind the register on their cell phone, (literally ducked down hiding- wish I had my phone with me) ignoring me at the door. Then I came back 40 minutes later and the doors were still locked. The woman behind the desk tried to ignore me (like the male employee did earlier)- I knocked because I wanted to confirm their hours which they have posted on their front door. Says open 6a-2p. She finally opened the door. I asked what time do you open? She said we don’t have bagels ready then slammed it in my face. Wow!
Btw- I live around the corner- it’s my third and final attempt to go the this bagel shop. The first two times the doors were locked and it was supposedly “open”
Call ahead if you plan on coming here. Make sure they are open. Even if it says so online and on their front door. Confirm someone is actually working before...
Read moreI stopped by on my long drive to get a bagel with cream cheese from a lady at the front counter — I wasn’t able to get her name. She had such a bad attitude and threw my bagel on the counter and said it’s $10 minimum for credit card. I missed reading the sign, but to accommodate a customer, any business should be able to charge my credit card and GO AHEAD, charge me a bit extra. She told me to buy something else to compete $10. I didn’t want anything else… she shrugged her shoulders suggesting leave the bagel. I left politely, but it bothered me how she would rather lose and become nasty with customer over a credit card minimum. I called her and said that I will leave a review and she got so nasty with me over the phone cursing at me. I think she has anger problems. Woah, how is this business operating like this?! I don’t support people or businesses if they don’t care about their customers, especially in the...
