Just finished a delicious dinner of a calamari appetizer, a chicken florentine over penne pasta entree with a side of New England clam chowder, and delicious crispy and light garlic bread. The calamari was hand-battered in a delightfully light tempura style batter, and included both calamari tubes and tentacles. The tubes were crunchy but tender and the tentacles created another incredible layer of crunch. This was served with a delicious marinara that was just tangy enough to make the calamari flavor pop. A little bit went a long way! The New England clam chowder was thick and creamy with just a bare hint of lemon. The chicken florentine was tender and delicious with chunks of tomato, mushrooms and a scattering of spinach. The sauce was almost a creamy alla vodka Style, but it was not spicy. I almost wished for more spinach in the dish, but with all of the other chunks of chicken, tomato and mushroom, the more I ate the less I missed any additional spinach. The pasta was cooked perfectly, al dente, and soaked up the sauce as I ate it. It was all so delicious that I just couldn't stop eating even though I was stuffed! I still managed to take about half of the chicken florentine, some bread, and a few bites of the calamari home. I'm looking forward to having it as a late-night snack! I'm going to make a point to come back to Nonna's, and bring...

We got a pizza, garlic bread and soda. The pizza crust was not too thick, not too thin, crunch but with a chew. We had veggies on our pizza and we enjoyed our pizza. We will definitely go back there again.

Read moreMe and my wife are relatively new to town, we usually order from the same two places for pizza and wings but for some reason today we were feeling like trying something new. After reading some reviews and looking at some pictures we decided on Nonna’s Pizza Restaurant, I really wanted to like this food pizza at first glance looked awesome but I have never had a pizza with absolutely no flavor, garlic parm wings had no garlic just oil and parm, and boneless wings are frozen tenders from a bag slapped with hot sauce. Its unfortunate because this seems to me to be due to the cutting of food costs rather than makeing something fresh they have opted to buy frozen/prepackaged products instead. Still doesn’t explain how I need to add salt and garlic to my...
