Dunkin' — Restaurant in Eastlake

Ordered a large hot latte, received a iced latte even though it says hot on the tag and receipt and you can see in the picture it says hot. Guys fingers were covered in whip cream so most likely had his fingers in the drink, yummy right. Ordered snacking Bacon that appears raw and uncooked. I like my bacon on the softer side and this is too soft/raw for even me. However the hash browns were burnt, all except one. The only reason they're getting 2 stars and not one is normally when I do a mobile order it's normally okay however anytime I go in or don't order in advance through the app it's always wrong or has stuff running down the cup. Last time was wearing white pants that got stained with coffee because it was dripping down the cup. Seems Everytime a certain guy is working things are messy and disgusting. Love burnt hash browns that are cold and raw bacon and an iced latte when it's 30' outside with wind chill or 15', great way to help warm up because you'll be so steamed a simple order can be messed up...

I ordered a pumpkin sugar cookie iced coffee which is an item on the menu. She added to the screen a regular pumpkin coffee. I told her that was not the right coffee and then she said she would fix it. I waited for over 10 minutes at the window (I was the only one in line) and when she handed me my coffee it was the wrong coffee (just regular pumpkin). I told her it was still not the right coffee and had no cold foam or spice on the top and all she did was take the coffee, added cold foam and handed it back. she also barely spoke and seemed like she had no desire to be there. Not only did she still give me the wrong coffee but the avocado toast I got was rock hard I could barely bite through it. I think today was the last day I gave this place a chance. Service was great when they first opened but now it’s a joke. Whether they are busy or not I’m always rushed when ordering. Won’t trust a chai latte from there anymore ever since I was served one as thick as a milkshake and when I went back about it I was sassed and rushed out. But as for this morning when ordering of course I was rushed which was expected. Then was given a large iced coffee when I ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee.l Went back through about it and she swore it was a large and that it was butter pecan iced gen it was actually Carmel and then I was still charged for the large even though I ordered a medium.
