I just went to this location and redeemed my points I had been saving up for a free large fry and was handed a stale ice cold fry , I politely asked the “manager” at the window if she could please replace them with a fresh fry before pulling away & she looked at me stupid - paused for a second to then continue and say yes I can do that turned around and not even a minute later handed me a bag with the same stale fries that had a few taken out and literally they took me as a joke. Once I pulled out after feeling the fries and tasting how disgusting they were I called to let a manger know about the poor service and food quality- and the person that answered the phone just so happened to not only be the manager but also the rude/ignorant order taker as well and made sure to interrupt me and inform she was indeed the person at the window and whom dropped these so called fresh fries that only took one minute to cook and were ice cold - insulting my intelligence by telling me that there was probably something wrong with the fryer but if I wanted to come back she could remake those for me using a different fryer - are you serious? It took 12 minutes for a worker to acknowledge we were at the drive-through. There was 1 car in front of, and 1 car behind me at this point.
They took the order and I pulled around to the window. There were 6 employees and one manager who was wearing red, all talking.
One employee asked me if I wanted to cancel my chicken sandwich (because it would take 7 minutes to cook).
I sympathized with all of them and acknowledged that tonight seems kind of stressful for them, and declined the refund for the chicken sandwich. I pulled to the hold over area and waited. I waited about 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich that never came.
I walked in, asked for the refund and the manager said that it is done and ready, but she will gladly give me the refund.
7 employees inside of this place, and even with their combined efforts, could not perform a one person task.
DEI needs to be a thing of the past. It doesnt help you, it doesnt help others, it doesnt help the company. Hire people that can perform this complicated task, do not hire based...

I don’t know why I even bother giving this place any more chances. It’s run by a bunch of teenagers that have no clue what there are doing nor do they care. Wish I had taken a picture of the last meal they thought was acceptable to serve me. It was a sausage biscuit and it was as hard as a rock. There is no way the person that served it knew it was good but they went ahead and served it any way. I have read a ton of reviews from this McDonald’s and 90% of them are bad. You would think that the owner would take a look at these reviews and notice a pattern here and do something about it.
