I live in Geneva went all the way to Eastlake to try these fry seasoned chicken tenders I was dying to try! Eastlake was the closest to me. So I went through the drive-thru ordered a 5 piece tender combo it was $9.99 . Pulled up to eat it was only three pieces so I went up to the window to get my other two pieces the manager and the cook stood there looked at me and ignored me continued making stuff for the drive-thru. it's 95 outside & I'm standing there for a good 5-6 minutes without an acknowledgment even though they all looked up & saw me. Then the manager finally came to the window I'm guessing when the drive-thru orders were done !? didn't say a word told her I ordered a five piece & only got a 3 piece she looked at me and looked at the bag took the bag looked at the bag and the receipt inside looked at the stuff inside the bag to make sure I wasn't lying🤷♀️ threw it away proceeded to give me another order handed out the window and said have a good one! No I'm sorry no anything 🙄 was horrible service!! It's been years since I've been there since I'm so far away and will be years till I go back! I work in customer service and I can't even imagine treating a customer whose order was wrong so poorly and not even apologizing at least!! I didn't ask for anything free but you could have at least apologized since it was your screw...
Read moreWhen we want to at a twist to our lunch options, we tend to go to Rally's. They serve good food, have really good customer service, and the choices they offer are plentiful. My husband Loves the Big Bufford, (The Mega Burger they make) and depending on how hungry I am, I would choose the Chicken bite box, (Chicken Nuggets and Rally Fries), their chicken strips (Original, Barbecue, or Lemon Pepper flavored.. only if the Lemon Pepper is lightly sprinkled, otherwise, they are Too Salty) of the flavors that I remember, they serve a delicious crispy or spicy chicken sandwich, and the Deep Sea Double is the Bomb! That is, if you like a tasty fish sandwich. So if you need a quick meal, for little money, full of flavor, with special deals like, two for $3, two for $4, two for $5, or two for $6 sandwiches, and sometimes, two for $10 meals. They serve ice cream sundaes, milk shakes, slushy drinks, pop and soft drinks. This Rally's sits across the street from Wal-Mart on Vine Street, and hubby and I always stop there ... (BEFORE we go shopping, so we don't shop hungry and buy up the store), or right after shopping, for a tasty treat, before we heading home. Check out their menu online the see all your choices, you won't be disappointed. They even have a kid friendly...
Read moreWow... let me just start with the fact that I gave this place 3! Yes, 3 chances in a month. I went for the first time a week ago because I realized that they have an awesome deal (5 dollar meal). First time I asked for mayo and they acted like they put it in there but they didn't, it's ok, I drove off anyway, I got home and the fries were overly greasy and burned and then when I went to eat the pie it was heated up with paper on it so it was mixed with the dough from the pie which that means it wasn't until I started cheweing on a huge piece of paper that I realized what was going on (super nasty!!!!!!). I went a second time the same week and this time the burger had no flavor what so ever and the fries were as nasty as before and the pie... that pie needs to go, seriously!. And this was the 3rd and last time... I even brought someone with me and this time was way worse since the fries and the chicken were extremely old, the chicken was as hard as a rock (my girl couldn't finish it), the Coke we ordered was just "sweet water" it was so gross. I spent so much money here for nothing. My girl and I were not happy at all!. I'm a business owner and something like this would never be acceptable at my...
