I'll address some of the review before leaving my own...
"No one answers the phone", many places don't anymore. They are sometimes busy. And sometimes its simply because the line doesn't work right, its routed through corporate. Blame them.
"They won't let me order online items offline!" Yes, thats why its called "online". This isn't the 1900s anymore.
"I had to wait for my pizza!" Yes, unless your getting the fresh and ready pizzas they put in the warmers out front, you have to wait for everything else. Including normal pizzas that aren't fresh and ready.
Now onto my review. I've been here hundreds of times at this point. Maybe had a handful of issues. One time the breadsticks were a bit doughy still. Another time the wrong topping on my pizza. But its almost always perfect.
Now the staff on the other hand. Yes, they can be rude. I did come in to pick up my order and a worker came out and they said they were just finishing it. Which was correct, I was 3 minutes early. Someone else came out about a minute later and put my order in the warmer behind the counter.
I waited for someone to come up and give me the order. Waited for about 6 minutes before waving someone down in the back. There were about 5 or 6 workers all in the back. Half were working, the others were on their phone or yapping.
Got my pizza and it was still fine. I have had issue with them not paying attention or being kinda rude. But aside from that, food is never the issue really. Remember, your paying for cheap pizza, don't expect top...
Read moreThis is the last time I order from here. Placed order online for a Detroit-style deep dish, an extra most bestest pepperoni and the new crazy puffs. Unfortunately I didn’t open the boxes before I got home because once I got home we realized the deep dish was still raw in the middle, the pepperoni pizza was barely cooked and the pizza puffs were just half and half cook wise. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one picked up. When I got back to the store, the employees had music blaring in the back, completely ignoring the ridiculously loud ringing of their phones (which I got to witness while sitting and waiting for my food to be remade.) The assistant manager and one of the employees in the back both had cross-body bags in which doesn’t really seem all that food safe. While they are replacing my food that I ordered, this is the 2nd time I’ve had to drive back to this same store for a messed up order. The first time was quite a few months ago and the pizza was burnt and a mess. I definitely will not be back again. Don’t even know why I even attempted again. The photos are from my last bad order from them, didn’t get think to grab pics of the raw pizza this...
Read moreLittle ceasers is absolutely ridiculous, I was in there about a week n a half ago maybe 2 weeks, when I walked in the employees were yelling at each other and talking about very inappropriate things. They didn’t even care about the fact that a customer had js walked in js bc I knew someone who worked there. Again while I was waiting, another customer with a child walked in and while he was waiting for his food someone in the back was cussing and the customer said my kid heard you say that but they continued to cuss and js didn’t care at all. These jobs need to stop hiring immature little kids js bc they need people, when they hire kids like that it tends to cause a lot of problems like what happened when I came in, I was js absolutely shocked by how they were speaking infront of customers. The manager I spoke to was very helpful and respectful. She continued to do what she had to while the other workers were js joking around and leaning over the counters. Considering the fact that little kids and their family’s go in the store their behavior was ridiculous. Something need to be...
