Online customer. They never give extra condiments, and the meat is hit or miss. I wanted to do a test. I ordered the same exact bowl, but one with extra sr cream, cheese, and double meat. (A full serving of steak and a full serving of barbacoa. The regular one was half/half.) I kid you not, the bowls were the exact same. No extra anything. The only difference was one had mostly barbacoa and barely any steak and the other had mostly steak and barely any barbacoa. But the total amount of meat was the same. That's $5.50 cents of meat I didn't get because none of their online people know what the word extra means. One time I got a burrito and it was half the size it should be. 100% not worth the money spent. Less than regular amount of meat, even though I ordered double, and I also ordered extra sour cream, but got two small bites of it at the bottom with barely any other ingredients. Also, sometimes when I get my food on time to like 5 min late, it's cold. So I tested that, too, and have gone in a couple times about 10-15 minutes early and my food was already on the shelf. I understand if it's busy and you need to knock things out but if it's not, having food out that early is unacceptable when there's no heat lamp. They really just don't care to make anything right. I'm not expecting passion in your job but at least make the orders right more than 30%...

Google shows closes at 11pm... we entered at 9.15pm .... Shockingly they were out of many things .... They advertise for their Pastor chicken but don't have it in stock... Out of chicken... out of veggies... out of rice ...
Inspite of paying extra for quesos and guacamole the servers are trained to serve as little as possible.... everything will be dropped in the bowl little little like baby food is being served...
It's frustrating to see that inspite of paying extra you get baby food...
Guac containers are small and still they serve half of it... You miss to see it... you will regret..

Chicken al pastor was out .. we asked the lady if its going to get refilled ... she went inside and instead of checking.. she was chit chatting with the fellow staff.. returned without checking and said no...

Read moreI keep going to this place hoping it will be like other chipotle establishments but sad to say no dice. Each visit, I'm greeted by an unhappy tortilla presser. As of it's too much to take my order. Then there's the music. So loud that the workers can't hear your order. You actually have to tell for them to hear you. They constantly have to repeat what you say and sometimes repeat it incorrectly. Then there's the guacamole. We get it .... guacamole is extra. For some reason they are mandated to say guac is extra. As if it's this magical sought after miracle vegetable. I'm mean come on, guacamole is not extra at Moes, baja fresh ,or cafe Rio. Which easton desperately needs. Side note.... cafe Rio is fantastic. Then there's the cashiers.... every now and then, you get a thank you or have a good day. Staff could be friendlier. Then there was today, when I saw a kitchen worker stuff food in his mouth the he had been chopping up. Like a wolverine, he shoveled in his mouth with the prep gloves on. Then proceeded to prepare food in the kitchen. Come on really. Mexicanfood already gives people the runs, now we have to worry about this guys mouth germs giving us more bowel issues. No thank...
