ZERO STARS!!!

Went about a month ago after the NEW OWNERS took over.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

New owner should sell the place and get out of the food business!!!

Walked in and 3 workers all standing around.

WORST part was I ordered online at a certain time, worker called my phone which never rang, nor did they leave a message... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Called back when I noticed the notification I had a missed call, the worker had no clue how to answer the phone.

Told the worker on the phone I placed my order for later pickup and he said...OH NOT NOW, IT'S MADE I THINK. Never asked my name and I had to repeat myself multiple times.

Back to walking in, worker standing around and stench of cleaning chemicals in the air. Worker kept pushing me back (should have taken it as a sign to just leave) to shove cleaning tools in a closet.

The entire time they were screaming in a foreign language and the "cashier" who could not count money, kept staring me down (another sign I should have just left).

Had to repeat my order (the one they supposedly already made earlier)...Mind you their phone never rang and place had no other customers.

Finally got my order after waiting nearly a half hour in store. Workers were just plain rude and never spoke English other than asking for my order again.

Food was horrible and not up to Toarminas standards. We tossed most of the order because it all just tasted off and we had mild sickness later that evening.

If you don't know how to run a simple pizza place...DON'T BUY INTO A...

The pizza and subs are fantastic however this is the least reliable off the several Toarminas we have ordered from. They are often closed during normal business hours and the phone voicemail is rarely updated with an explanation. Very frustrating to never know if you'll actually be able to get food from here or not EDIT: July 2022, new management is the worst so far. They don't know their own menu, the quality is the lowest it's ever been and they don't respect delivery preferences. Asked for a no contact delivery because of sleeping baby and dogs, they rang the bell and waited for us anyway. Pizza was wrong and looked disgusting for even what they thought they were making. Was also burnt and all on one side of the box. Drove to them to have them fix there mistake and they still argued that it was what we ordered even when we showed them the email receipt!! Really hope they go out of business soon. Will drive to the Dequindere one from now on. I wish I could give negative stars. EDIT: January 2023, new management yay! Ordered today and while it still didn't match the level we are used to from the Dequindere Toarminas, it was delicious and we will definitely order from again. Much, much better...

I’ve been meaning to try this pizza place for a while, but never got around to it. Today, they were running a special for a 12” pizza for $3.99. Figured I’d give it a try.

Called to order- twice. No answer. Just a message from May. I was close by, so I figured I’d just go there and place my order- even though a pizzeria that doesn’t answer the phone would never be my go- to pizza place, I wanted to try it anyway.

They were open alright, but couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. I stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes with 2 customers waiting for food. Phone kept ringing- and kept being ignored by the employees. In all that time, nobody bothered to take my order.

I wanted to try the pizza- but I’ll just stick with my go-to pizzeria since this place has horrid customer service.

I’ll never be back to try any Taormina’s pizza after this experience, and you probably shouldn’t even...
