Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Eastpointe

This place has gone way downhill since the previous franchisee sold the location. Went to pick up a pizza portal order, the kid at the counter had zero clue where the order was, forgot the sauce that's included with the slices and sticks pizza, and didn't have the salad that went with the order. When I brought up that there was a salad with my order, the young man went to the back and brought up a half filled salad container that wasn't the salad I ordered. I explained to him this wasn't the salad I ordered. He went to the back and came up front again and said they didn't have any antipasto salads. Well all this is going on, the manager is face deep in the make line cleaning it out for the night and completely oblivious to what's going on, and clearly could careless. Eventually after the young man at the counter communicated to someone else that he needed an antipasto salad, they either found one or made one. Pretty sad that this went from being one of the best, busiest locations in the state of Michigan, to an absolute joke. Just a suggestion, letting someone wear a hoodie, sweatpants, and over the ear headphones while they're working, probably isn't the professional...

Went there today and placed an order for deep dish and was served regular style. There was to be bacon on the pizza but nope just 2 slices. Ordered bread sticks with just butter and got a ton of cheese on them. The young crew were rude, and did not care that order was wrong because we did not get name of the girl that took the order. Even the rude girl that was at the counter did not have name tag, and the girl that answered the ohone when I called to complain was rude and sais they were special and did not associate with corporate. Wow and to just top it all off the dough was old and hard....This I know because I worked for Little Ceasars for years as a manager, and delivered our payroll right to Mike himself......Sad used to love our Ceasars...

This location has splendid service dang near every time. The food is great and out of a few dozen times we've only had issues here twice. One with a cashier copying an order down completely wrong and another with them leaving a couple of items out of an order.

You want a pizza place to be perfect, but the world isn't perfect.

This is hands down the best Little Caesars location in the Metro Detroit area. I only knocked off a star so that the rating would reflect my words. That and the parking situation is not that great. Even so, I still drive past multiple other locations just to order my pizza from this one. I drive to it from nearly every direction based upon if I'm at home, work, school, certain other stores, etc. It's worth...
