My main annoyance at the moment with COVID happening, is arranging to pick up my mobile order half the time. Your offer where folks can pickup through drive thru or in store, but when I get there, usually doors to dining area are always locked, while you have sign on door, clearly stating, those entering must wear a mask, which would lead one to believe that those doing a pickup should be able to pop in to get there order. Mind you, not everyone who wants to grab a bite may have a car. Some may be looking to get food and are riding a bike or walking to your store. If anything, have a number on the door people can call when they arrive to say there here to pick up there order and have it brought to door or something...
Before folks say, well I could do delivery...one delivery fees most of the time are as nightmare, among other things, and to be frank, I also am unable to take or receive a delivery at work or home due to varied reasons, so delivery if not an option, nor is getting someone to potentially drive me said e can pick up through drive thru. Many times I am looking to get my food on my way home from a long gruling day as a frontline worker, where something this is my first sorta food food, that's not like a bag of chips or something in a hurry, before I get back to work.

Read moreWorst experience ever at a drive thru. I order $26 worth of food and the staff played me for an idiot and tried to only give me 1/4 of my order. My entire experience took 2 trips through the drive thru and 45 minutes of time. The first time through we asked if everything was there. She said yes. We only received 4 of 13 items we ordered. The second time around it took 4 tries to get the rest of our order, only because we refused to leave the window until we got everything. There were no apologies, just ignorance and attitude for us to receive what we paid for. No employee or manager tried to make it right or apologize for this horrible experience. I will never visit this Taco Bell again or possibly even any Taco Bell ever again. The management of this location should be more selective of who they have offering service. I’ve received better service at vending machine. Shame on you Taco Bell. Hire better staff that has half a brain to get an order somewhat correct and not try to give customers attitude or cheat them out...

I went there with my boyfriend to get our food that we order through the DoorDash app for a pick up order. I wasn’t sure if I could go inside being so that I didn’t see anyone in the lobby at that time and also the previous times I went, the lobby was closed, so I Proceeded to the drive through. When I get to the speaker, I told them I was picking up a DoorDash order. I was told by a young lady that I needed to come inside to pick the order up. So I asked “even if it’s a personal DoorDash order for pick up do I still need to come in. She said it was fine but the grown boy interrupted the young lady and irritably said “OH MY GOD LADY, you gotta come in for DoorDash order!!” Not once was I ever rude to the young lady or the grown boy.
