Do Not Waste Your Time!!!. I'm Done!, especially after second visit, the 12 mile location. (AAVE) Afican American Vernacular English. Alert to racial prejudice & discrimination. Server (9 mile location)1st visit. Tried too make things right...Honestly, I would've got a drink and stayed a lil longer and chilled, but the food wasn't worth the price. Wilted lettuce on chicken pita. Chicken wasn't even hot after a wait longer than it should have been. So no I don't plan to go back to that location 😖😝😒😔😞 NOW Even WORSE....The (12 Mile) location in Warren, was straight UNFRIENDLY, I'd even say PREJUDICE!!!, YES!, it still exist🤔😔🤨. And it was blatantly shown, No Greeting, No Smiles, No Friendliness, No Apologies. Not even from so called management🤔. No acknowledgement for morhers' day. I only mention this because the server we had, made it her business to give a flower to a female at the table beside us, stating happy mothers day to her. We didn't receive even a smile 😒. I'll leave this act to The LORD, but had to let it be known. The chicken pita was a straight Grease sandwich, tasted like what I scrap off my grill after preparing a fresh sandwich mixed with muck. My stomach immediately begin to signal me. Thank GOD for sensitivity, these places need too know some customers work Or do the exact same job!!!....And know what food should look & taste like🤨 The waitress didn't have the decentency to give me a clean cup after coffee was tipped over, because a ice cream sundae spoon was placed in a coffee mug🤔🤨, picture that!...just wrong!. My apology guys, phone wasn't available. This is a very long handled spoon that's usually used in sundaes. Y did she even bother to take the coffee away to refill it, I wasn't comfortable drinking or eating there!!. The so called manager confirmed by prejudice theory.👎👎👎Well another ~event~placed in the LORDs hands🤲🙏. GOD BLESS🙏🙏🙏

I just enjoyed an absolutely fabulous meal at Milestone Grill with my family because of an epic server Ashley! The food was amazing, as I enjoyed a grilled porch chop dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and sauteed zucchini and squash. My family had NY strip steak with loaded mashed potatoes and the Cajun burger with onion rings. Ashley's service was on point! She had our flaming cheese lit and was yelling, "Opa!" seemed like immediately after we ordered it! We had water, Cokes and silverware in Flash Gordon time! Amazing! She was so positive, upbeat and helpful, that it made us feel like she was family. After being locked in from a pandemic, this is exactly what I needed. The onion rings were made in house and were soft, flavorful and no hard edges. Like eating silk, and how rare is a good onion ring? The pork chops and steak were seasoned to the point where it was enough to pop in your mouth, without overwhelming your taste buds. The brown gravy was subtle and the right amount of seasoning for the redskin mashed potatoes. Had a nice side salad with cherry tomatoes and Balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My raspberry cosmopolitan was tasty and no skimping on the alcohol happened! Beautiful interior that feels like you are in someone's home, with a really nice bar in the center. A digital jukebox is available and ample parking. Easy to find! If you happen to be road-weary and want a fantastic and tasty meal with epic service, go to Milestone Grill and ask for Ashley! Thank you Ashley for a great dinner out! We all loved your service and happy, gregarious personality!

My friend and I traveled from the west side of the state for an event in the area, and we were fortunate enough to try out the restaurant before heading back. Martin warmly greeted us as we came in and took us to our table. I immediately told my friend how impressive his friendly customer service was! We were pleasantly surprised that we would get to have him as our server for the evening as well. I have worked in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years, and he is hands down one of the absolute best! From start to finish he went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable about the menu and specials, was thorough with his explanations, and offered the best suggestions for food and drinks as if he knew how to read our minds for what we would like. He was spot on! The food and drinks were incredible (hats off to those who cooked our meals as well). We couldn’t stop raving about the flavors and how it was cooked to perfection. Martin took incredible care of us, and he thoughtfully brought us boxes, bags, to go silverware, and to go waters for our trip back as well, without even having us ask! That level of service and care is so rare to find these days. He truly gave us a wonderful experience because he was such a light, had an incredible personality, and is such a gift and blessing to others. Sometimes people don’t realize what an impact they can have in the world, even for just an hour or so. Thank you, Martin. I hope you realize and know your true worth and that others know how much value you hold as well. God Bless! We will definitely be back on our next visit!

so I’ve returned to revise my review. First I like to take this opportunity to say yes the service here is Great!! food is good and staff great until tonight. My cuz and I decided we would eat here last sunday on the anniversary of my Mother’s death, we just needed to get out the house and find some happiness for a change. We arrived approximately 7pm sat at the bar ordered food and drinks met a few people at the bar started conversations a gentleman asked me what I wanted to hear on the jukebox we put money in only to bearly hear what we paid for . The music was so low we asked the bartender on duty if she could turn it up a bit, she explains she has no control over it she would have to ask her manager, she returned to tell us the manager said no. We asked to speak with her as she was coming towards us she was already telling us no and shaking her head no. she continued to tell us she couldn’t turn it up because there was a child in the restaurant side, and if it was up to her she would take the music completely out the restaurant. I’m sure being the great place you are you put non offensive music in your establishment. So i asked her whats the percentage of your black customers? In turn she said to us 95% of her customer base was blacks. This did not sit well with us. First and for most customers alway right, second we are a people of music it’s good for the Soul. She continued to try and make sense of it only to keep putting her foot in her mouth. Again we like your establishment and only wanted the music up for our listening pleasure not to turn the place into a club, especially sitting in a bar where we were ordering food and drinks the music was a plus. We love to frequent your establishment but this may have very well been a deal breaker. Yes there are plenty of establishments we could’ve chosen to frequent but we choose yours. i never ever heard of any policies for not turning the jukebox up in the bar area because there are children in the restaurant side. But anywho for future references maybe you should get rid of the jukebox and let your 95% black customer base seek other places to enjoy like starters eastland and the up and coming They Say II coming soon to the old Applebees ...

I would normally give a restaurant the "Three Strikes" rule before I give a review. But this is certainly a place I will not go back to for a third round.

My first experience was OK... middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday, they weren't very busy, the kitchen prepared the food as we expected when ordering a bar burger. But we sat at the bar and the bartender never stopped cleaning. Never. Yes, I know the owner was there at the time and he was trying to show off, but... oh boy... the smell of the cleaners was toxic. Ok, I can get over that.

By the way, they did a FANTASTIC job of remodeling this place! It is so open and airy there now, the bathrooms are clean and spacious. It feels very welcoming. But...

At the next visit, I don't know what the kitchen or the wait staff did. There were almost no people in the restaurant when we arrived, nor salt or pepper shakers on the tables, yet the beers ran dry quite a few times and we found ourselves at the bar to order our own drinks.

One of the main dishes was a "ribeye" steak at $20. Obviously, I should be concerned when ordering a steak at a bar and they bring out a bottle of A1 Sauce to go with it. Lesson learned... don't order a steak at a bar. It arrived at the table as a thinly-sliced NY Strip instead of a ribeye, gristle and all. And I still didn't get a beer.

But why would they serve the steak 12 minutes before the two Club sandwiches that were ordered at the same table? My companions had time to go outside for a cigarette, come in, realize their beer glasses were empty, go to the bar, and get halfway through their next beer before they were served. After grabbing cutlery from the other table, I was already done with my "medium rare that was actually barely seared" steak by that time.

Words of advice: when getting the French Fries with your order, order them "well done". They came out crispy and brown and full of deliciousness. Nice job! Just be sure to ask for ketchup or mustard also, because they won't be on the table.

As they say... "two out of...
