Decent service, good food. Place looked dirty inside and windows were beyond filthy.

Update, lowered from 3 stars Order taker screwed up our order initially. Asked for a cheeseburger combo with a chocolate shake upgrade. Asked for a bacon cheeseburger Combe with shake upgrade. She rang that item separately, not as combo. Ordered chicken tenders with fries. Ordered cheese curds. Order a 2 for 5$ chili dog and cheeseburger. Each patty was burned. Lettuce appeared to be boiled it was so wilted. Bacon was rock hard. Chili dog was overwhelmed with mustard and onions. The picture clearly shown has no mustard and onions. (that would be a coney) told us after a very long wait while handing us the bag they were out of cheese curds. Noticed I was missing a fry. They made the fries but the containers were all less than half full. The worst part was the shakes. They obviously made them after taking the order. They must have sat on the counter for the entire time. When they handed our bag and shakes they were closer to chocolate milk than ice cream shakes. Everything went in the trash except the burned chicken tenders. I gave 1 each to my dogs. Will not be returning to...

Just called to inquire about a mini blizzard cake. The woman who answered the phone was rude and extremely short. She hung up without even saying goodbye. She was clear that they couldn't accommodate me unless order was a few days out. I called the fraser location and it was a non issue and the rep I spoke with was friendly. Even though the Eastpointe location is closer to my home I won't spend money there anymore. Not because they said they couldn't do it. Just because of their lack of customer service skills. You would think in the colder months (and in the midst of a pandemic) people would care about providing friendly service so they can stay in business but...

I have always been a huge fan of dairy Queen I've been going there ever since I can remember. I specifically like this location a lot because it used to be really close to where I went to high school at and we're all my friends when I was in high school live by so we used to go there all the time. Obviously they're ice cream is delicious but one thing I actually really really like there is their hot food I think it's just absolutely delicious. You wouldn't think that an ice cream place would have outstanding food but I think it's one of the best fast food places around. My favorite thing for sure is a burger and fries...
