I ordered two orders of Shrimp Mei Fun. I ordered it plain with just the noodles and $3 extra shrimp for each order for delivery to my home. Half an hour later, it gets to my house and I pay the man before going into my kitchen. When I check, the order is completely wrong. The noodles are not plain, they are soaked in soy sauce with vegetables and it looked like they were fried. I call the restaurant back, hoping to see if they would be able to correct the mistake. The woman on the phone was very rude started screaming at me saying goes my fault for not specify hang that I wanted to noodles plane when I clearly did when I ordered the first time. She then handed the phone off to a man who is just as rude. He did not offer to correct the problem, instead he went on blaming me for their mistake. I stated that I wanted a refund and that I would drive there myself to do so. When I get there the man is so very rude and inconsiderate, even raising his voice to me in front of other customers in the restaurant. As I'm trying to explain why I didn't think I had to specify that I wanted my plain noodles to be without soy sauce and vegetables, he turns around and calls me a "stupid white girl" and that he did not want me and his restaurant anymore. I looked it him and just walked away.
I've been going to this restaurant with my family since I was 8 years old. And not only was he vehemently rude and disrespectful, he was racist. I will never be going there again, my family will never be going there again, and advise but you never go there. I don't care if you think that you're right, you never treat a customer...

When I received the confirming email I noticed a 5% “processing fee”. When I arrive at Kwong Fa I questioned the women as to reason for the “processing fee”. She stated it was because it was an online order, if we called the order in “no fee”. When I got home I went to the online food ordering webpage and there was NO mention of a “5% processing fee” for online orders. Additionally on their home webpage they have a banner at the top of the page that touts “As an incentive for customers, we now provide a discount to pay with cash by giving a 3.95% immediate discount on the service charge”. The discount was not provided / we paid full price for the meal. While the cost of our order was relatively small (less than $25), the fact that they don’t advertise the 5% “processing fee” on online order or don’t honor their cash discount is...

Last night we ordered general tso's chicken and sesame chicken which had a horrible stench after we opened the lids to both containers. It was so repulsive. This is mind boggling that any establishment would have the audacity to serve food to its customers like this. Are ya'll serious?
