Actually inedible order. Pretty sure rice was minute rice which is an indication of the rest of the food quality. Chicken is boiled, strange, and tasteless. Huge raw veggies and a puddle of chicken broth. Tried to sauté the dish at home to fully cook the veggies and add flavor and still didn’t eat it and threw it in the trash. 2 stars since I went a year ago and it was good. We are local and I hate to not support the area but it’s really not good. I hope they go back to their old recipes and quality, I would be happy to pay an extra couple bucks for better food.

The food was okay after a day hiking at Mt. Rainier. I don't think Phở broth made from beef bone. Ithink the broth is more from veggies because the sweetness from veggies and the soup water was cloudy white, should be clear. The bean sprouts was soggy and lime was little black, However, the basil still fresh. The beef and meat ball was okay. The restaurant is not a vietnamese restaurant or Phở restaurant. It's more like Chinese restaurant. They just add Phở and coffee to their menu. The owner was nice and friendly.

This place is trash. Really cute patio and nice flowers but the food was terrible. My friend ordered the tofu and broccoli and it came out completely raw. Asked them to sauté it a little more and they brought back less food. Tofu was flimsy. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was disgusting. Didn’t even taste like teriyaki sauce but some sort of combination of sweet and sour. No public restroom. Had to ask for water, utensils, extra plates. Would not recommend.

I love this place. Food is always spot on. Huge portions, very filling and great flavor.

Only things I could suggest. One...

I came in there with someone the other day. We ordered the same meals to go and paid in one transaction. You guys packaged the items all together. Assuming we were going to continue to be together to eat this food. Would prefer next time I come in and I order a meal, even if it's the same as someone in my party, I would like it packaged separately. Would think that would be a standard with covid and all that...

Two. I know that there isn't many options for to-go dishes. But the meals we ordered came with two different sauce types. The styrofoam cups these were in... they started to get very soggy and weak and broke down around the lids. Also the meals we ordered came with I want to say a type of steamed vegetable. The styrofoam that the veggies were in became even more soggy as there was a lot of liquid or oil... whatever was cooked with them in the bowl. Needless to say, by the time we were able to get these home after realizing we needed plates since the items weren't packaged by meal. We had a huge mess in the bag. The sauce leaked and the liquid from the veggies leaked. The items weren't in the to-go dishes long as we got home and the food was still hot enough to eat right from the bag. But the dishes just didn't withstand the temperature or humidity, something. Maybe a more durable thick plastic would be better over styrofoam.

But we still ate our food.

No complaints as far as service as that is always great. Always greeted and treated very nice. The establishment is also very nice, clean and very beautifully decorated. Absolutely love all the flowers on the porch area.

Highly recommend. Just dine in for...

Today, August 5, I came to the restaurant in high hopes of finding a culinary experience like no other. I was not just taken aback, but shocked. I had found what I was looking for. I ordered the General Tao’s Chicken and enjoyed the pleasantries provided by the Chop Stix staff. I was greeted at the door by a kindly woman who promptly seated me and my friend. We listened to Chinese copyright free music on the new and improved sound system as we conversed and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food arrived and it was an absolute pleasure to consume. The chicken was tender and warm, with the crunchy fried texture outside complimenting the salty umami flavors the dish presented. The fried rice was a rainbow array of vegetables and the rice was perfectly cooked that came together for a delicious dish. I was so enthralled by the textures that I was forced to order a side of sticky rice that exceeded all expectations. (For a low price) Gordon was our server and left an impression that will last a lifetime. Truly an experience beyond words and feelings, colors turn to shades in comparison to the Chop Stix experience. Thank you to Kai Lopez for recommending this...

For a real review on this resturaunt, read the 1 star comments. So for all the people rating high and saying best chinese around, I do not understand how. Maybe only chinese around. Just went there for our second time, can't remember liking it the first time around, and we believe due to price hikes or something that they are trying to cut corners. The food was inedible, the rice was microwave rice, and the chicken was boiled and repurposed for multiple meals. The sesame chicken was sweet and sour chicken with barely any sauce and a pile of sesame seeds on soggy breaded over cooked chicken. The cashew chicken was mostly inedible with vegetables that looked to have boiled chicken thrown in it. No flavor or grill marks. I tried to recook it on stove at home and nothing worked. The fried rice that came with my meal tasted like the cheap minute rice you keep in a bag and throw in the microwave. Same with the white rice but they add a couple peas and some oil. It is sad to see a place with so much potential be this aweful. Read all the negative reviews that agree with what...
