I recently visited Taco John's with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I realized that my order was incomplete – three tacos were missing. While mistakes happen, it was disappointing nonetheless.
I called and was told by the staff to rectify the situation by offering a free dessert and my missing tacos to make up for the oversight and assured me that it would be sent to me. However, despite waiting patiently, the promised dessert never arrived.
In an attempt to address the issue, I went back to Taco John's to see if they could fix the problem. I provided my information, hoping for a resolution, but to my dismay, I never received a callback.
As a customer, this level of service is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction. While I have enjoyed Taco John's in the past, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I am hesitant to continue supporting this franchise. I hope that Taco John's takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such oversights are not repeated...
Read moreI can't even find the words for this! Taco John's is unbelievable, drive thru for order. They give me partial order. Called, tried to get refund, manager refused. Went to location, tried to get refund or replace order. Refused. Given corporate contact. It's a joke. No one is ever in office, or they would have returned my call. Taco John's on bracket ave, threaten to call cops on a customer who is trying to correct an order that was incomplete! I paid for my meal, I should expect some reasonable services from the store manager. But instead to contact corporate to raise a serious concern about the incompetent leadership at this location and there fact that they screwed me over on my order. I will not recommend this location to anyone within 100 miles of this location. Still waiting for contact regarding this horrific experience. It deserves zero ⭐ and is stripped of their right to work in this city! Taco John's let me remind you, you don't make us! The consumer makes or breaks you. Read moreHad a craving for a “Six Pack & a Pound” from Taco John’s tonight so stopped and picked one up for Jaidan and Grandpa Bob and another for Jennifer, Nick and I.
Went in to order and apologized immediately for having to be “that customer” as I order with various adjustments and requests including no cheese on one of the packs.
Employee taking my order was AMAZING, very polite, patient and diligent in ensuring he got my order right.
As I sat down to wait I suddenly hear, “ok, everyone my rule when we get a no cheese order is we treat it like it’s a cheese allergy. Change gloves, wash hands, and wipe down surfaces before you start it”
He continued to explain that they should complete that order and hand it to me before starting others. As I was walking out I heard him ask the employees what is was they learned just now and why he had them do it that way to confirm comprehension.
Most of all, I saw a staff who seemed to be enjoying themselves. Laughing amongst themselves, helping each other, and very aware of helping customers the minute they reached the counter.
