Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Eden Prairie

The chicken in my bowl was burnt. It was burnt to the point where I couldn’t eat it. I ordered the bowl online. I don’t know if the workers were rushing or they gave me the burnt chicken in the bottom of the pan. When I took the bowl back, I was told that I couldn’t get a refund due to me ordering online. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I could be just “anyone” saying I ordered online. The manager Patty was rude and she treated me as if I stole the bowl. This is my first time coming to the new one and I didn’t have a nice experience. Although, the worker who made me a new bowl was nice. I suggest to anyone wanting to order online. Amazing atmosphere one of the best Chipotles in the area when it comes to looks. The service is iffy! Everytime i get food here I will literally watch them tap the spoon then shake a majority of the meat right off! And then the have the audacity to charge me for double meat like no sir that is one portion. The line is constantly dirty the chicken and steak are never cut correctly it seems I swear the amount of times I got a big chunk of chicken in my burrito is insane. I ordered two chicken bowls from this location, and when I got home, I was very disappointed to find both bowls barely had any toppings or portions. The servings were extremely small and didn’t meet the usual standard I expect from Chipotle.

After noticing this, I went online and checked the Google reviews for this location and saw many customers have mentioned the same issue. This seems to be an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed.
