Stumbled upon this place on my way home from work one day. Decided to pop in the next day for my morning brew. I got one of the seasonal lattés, the Kokomo. A "tropical caramel and nutmeg latté topped with nutmeg toasted coconut sugar." I love the ingenuity of the flavors, and also being able to actually taste the espresso. So many places mask the poor quality of their roasts with milk and sugar. I'm happy that I found a place in Edina that actually honors the integrity of the coffee bean.

Shout-out to the girl behind the counter. She waa both the cashier and barista, and so busy but she got the drinks out like a boss! Cute, little place with ample seating indoor and out....

Easily the best coffee I have had in Minnesota. There was a friendly barista in a very unassuming shop, that held a laid-back weekend in a suburb, vibe. I never expected to find such kickass coffee so far from the city. But here it was.

There is parking, in a parking lot at this shop. This is something I never thought of before I settled in the Twin Cities. Being their own coffee roaster probably helps to keep the prices low. This was the cheapest coffee flight I have had. I purchased beans and will make this place a regular stop on my coffee adventures while I live in the area.
