Charlie's Pub & Eatery — Restaurant in Edinboro

Met my four sisters and their families for lunch. My family ordered the pizza and wing special, appetizers, popcorn, pop and beer. The food was good and the staff especially Maddy who took are order was very friendly. Unfortunately, we probably will not return we asked if we could push two tables together and the owner said no. This was a bummer because we all don’t get together a lot and we wanted to eat together. The place had plenty of seating so I’m not sure why it matters if you move tables. Also we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity on our bill. I definitely would have left a tip but when we have to go back to the counter or bar for more drinks, napkins, plates, condiments and boxes. Why am I tipping someone 20% to take my order then carry my own drinks, clean up my own table? Because you dropped off my pizza, wings & appetizers at the same time? I’m not sure it counts as a large party when we all ordered separately and also had to sit that way. I SERIOUSLY MIGHT VOMIT!!! Ordered from here about 8 times. one time I asked for them not to put the condiment packs on my salad and they did anyway so I called and let them know. When the owner asked if I wanted a refund I said know and I was just letting them know. a couple orders later I asked for two extra blue cheese with my double order of wings. When they failed to add them to my order I called and let them know, not wanting a refund either. just let them know hey this happened. a couple orders later, today. I ordered a pizza and It arrived completely saturated in oil. I could literally ring it out. See pics in photos. I called them to let them know that my pizza was completely saturated in oil and I did not want the refund. They just want your money and don't care about the product they deliver to you. I like Charlie’s for the most part, decent food & unique eat in experience, but the most recent order we put in - a buffalo chicken pizza with some extra toppings, came with no buffalo sauce?? kinda missing the point right? we called and asked if they could fix this. the girl on the phone offered to send a 6 oz container of buffalo sauce, which is fine but not what we ordered. We asked if they could just remake a pizza with buffalo sauce on it. The girl gave us trouble about it (accused us of trying to get a free pizza even though I was more than willing to pay for the new pizza) but agreed.
