This is a nice lake if your goal is recreation. It's fairly crowded and commercialized (especially on the south side) so if you're looking for a secluded getaway, there are better options. The park at the north end of the lake is really neat and much more secluded, but it takes a while to get your bearings. It's mixed right in with a residential section of town and isn't one cohesive unit (see picture).

This is a nice lake if your goal is recreation. It's fairly crowded and commercialized (especially on the south side) so if you're looking for a secluded getaway, there are better options. The park at the north end of the lake is really neat and much more secluded, but it takes a while to get your bearings. It's mixed right in with a residential section of town and isn't one cohesive unit (see picture).

The lake is an amazing place to spend time, weather it's fishing, hiking, boating, or just sitting by the water relaxing. There are many access areas around the whole lake, including a public park with picnic areas and a playground, and also several restaurants...
