Rose's Pizza and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Edison

This place is absolutely garbage. I even gave it the benefit of the doubt once seeing the condition of the interior, everything in this place looks filthy. Employees are not in any type of uniform, not wearing masks not wearing any type of hats or hair protection. It says pizza and ice cream but there was no ice cream in sight and the place also had a very heavy smell of Indian cuisine. I then turned around and noticed a huge hole cut in the wall connecting the Halal restaurant next-door why would I go to a pizzeria that smells like Halal food? I absolutely love Halal food but if I’m not in the mood for that, I’m trying to get pizza or maybe even ice cream but that’s impossible at this place. Such a random hidden gem! I stopped by here on the way to a friend's house in Edison because I hadn't had a chance to eat dinner yet. I wasn't expecting much just solely judging on the look of the place (yeah I know, "don't judge a book by it's cover"). I ordered a personal pizza to go and was blown away after the first bite! Definitely one of the best slices that I've had in my life, I still crave it all the time and am planning to stop by next time I'm in the area.

Called in for a pick up, get there and have to wait an additional 10 minutes bc the guy is off to the side praying. Didn’t wanna be rude, I didn’t interrupt him I proceeded to wait.. what got me was this other customer walks in, yells something in their language and out pops a guy that I didn’t even know was back there. When he walks to the counter he immediately starts patronizing the other customer so I say to him I was here first and I called in for pick up plus I’ve been standing here for 10 mins. he ignored me.
