Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Edwardsville

Didn't realize it was located in a college food court before gps-ing directions. Wish the physical description provided was accurate and more telling. Either way, we arrive with 23 collegiate athletes and received our food in a timely manner, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE! There were two (2) ladies working both registers. We proceed to inform both ladies that we will be covering all 23 meals. I get that it was 5:30pm on a Saturday and I get that it was a lot of orders to take, but that is no excuse to be as rude as one of the women were. The other lady was nice and pleasant. The younger of the two should be terminated. We didn't appreciate her passive aggressive behaviors and overall negative attitude. She was cutting people off during ordering, not answering questions about the menu without raising her voice, and kept complaining to other customers about how "a coach brought his team in here"....just flat out disrespectful. We will not EVER visit this location again. If you hate your job that much, then please, by all means do...

If you could think of the worst possible location to put a chick fil a, this would be it. You cannot actively see the chick fil a from the street if you are new to the area, it is not a stand alone location but in a shopping center. You have to maneuver your way through the parking lot to get to the drive thru and at busy times is a bit chaotic. I was sitting in the pick up lane, the only one there, still took 3 minutes of me sitting there to start my food. how do I know?
