Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Edwardsville

Staff is always polite and competent, even during the everyday lunchtime rush. Very few times have I been disappointed by this location. Only complaint is that they don't have knives. The grilled cheese is very big, so I ask for it to be cut in half. But that's just me. I just find it amusing that a chain restaurant does not provide its employees knives. Its a cozy little starbucks on campus but I think the constant rotation of new faces up front comes with a lack of experience where almost every drink you buy will be mostly half-effort. I like to go every once in awhile as a treat between classes keep getting clumpy lattes and other hot drinks filled halfway or just lukewarm.

The food is comparable to a normal Starbucks though.

Would just recommend going if its convenience only...

My roommate and I were going to get a late night coffee and walked all the way to Starbucks and arrived at 10:30pm and the staff closed and locked the doors as we were walking up to the door. One of the staff member made a snobby sad face at us like she felt bad that they were closed. Their hours clearly stated that they were open until 11pm.
