Arena's Pizza Muskegon / WolfLake — Restaurant in Egelston Township

Service was severely unacceptable. Food was awesome, but the employees need to treat new customers with more respect than the regulars. Especially when they screwed up. Started by calling at home, finished ordering at the counter while still on hold on the phone 12 minutes later. Rushed to place my order without an apology. Left. Went to Wesco to fill my gas tank. Went to McDonald's to get food for my son. Drove back and food still wasn't ready. Total time from calling to receiving...55 minutes, 12 seconds. And no apology for service. Regulars were acknowledged. I was treated like a hindrance. I don't recommend going here if you've never been here. You are not valued. I will not tolerate insolence for several trips to receive regular customer respect. I work too hard for my money....

It's a shame that the owner, Peter, contacted me 7 months ago and apologized, and wanted to give me dinner on him from one of his other locations. Funny... either the promise got lost in the mail or the smoke blown you know where was supposed to be pleasing. Never saw anything from Peter, the OWNER, but I have seen other complaints for similar treatment since then. I guess if you think that the people in Muskegon location are good people the way they treat new customers, your standards are pretty low. It's not a business to be supporting if you have any normal standards. I will continue to do my best to share truth to people who are thinking...

I was excited to try the food. I heard great things from people. But the team member that answered the phone was not very kind we ended up cancelling the order because when we asked questions he was very rude. I asked if they made the buffalo chicken cheese bread (because I founf 2 different menus online and wasnt sure what the up to date one was.) And he said "we do..if I had chicken." In a very snarky tone. We continued the order and made another comment after i didnt specify the size of the pizza I wanted...and in the end they never gave us our total before they went to hang up or time frame on when it would be done. (We also ordered for delivery and all we had was cards so that would have made it hard to pay if they showed...

Believe it when I say best pizza in town. Great staff. Awesome prices. Great experience all the way around. Thank you Arena’s pizza for being my staple pizza place in muskegon.

I usually never leave reviews, but after tonight I need to add to mine. I’ve been ordering pizza here for over a year now and I’ve truly never been let down. Tonight I tried the “old school” style crust, and it was even BETTER!! I can’t wait till this is released to the public, and I look forward to seeing what’s in store for the future.
