If you want good food and good customer service, DON’T ORDER FROM Here!!! Not only was my delivery 2 hours late but when one of the owner’s who made the delivery came was so rude. When he called my phone I right away went to the door to wait 5 mins for him outside then called him and gave me a rude response so right away I thought to myself not to give him a tip but when he gave me the food he demanded a tip and started a whole speech about why wasn’t I giving him a tip and when I gave him a couple bucks he still cry about how it wasn’t enough and complaint it wasn’t worth the drive so I told him it will be the last time I order from them since it’s not enough for the drive. Like common first of all if it’s not worth why do you provide delivery service then they should only do take outs and secondly I’ve been a good customer for some years now. I’ve even had catering worth $800 dollars from them before so for him to give me this poor/ disgusting service is unacceptable. Plus they have been slacking on the quality of the food sometimes it’s too salty or when I’ve received my food it comes all messy with the food spilling. I had the Monday stuffed shells special, and the cobb salad. I really enjoyed the shells. The sauce was not just tomato puree but onions and chunky tomatoes slow cooked with with a slight sweetness. six shells, two long rolls, and a small side salad special offer $11. I didn't realize there was a small side salad with the special, so I ordered the small Cobb. Rudest customer service ever. The delivery driver forgot my soda after arriving 10 minutes late with cold pizza. I called the restaurant and I was told he would come back with my soda. I waited over an hour and when I called the restaurant they wouldn’t answer. The restaurant closed for the night and I never got my soda or a refund.
